The crew was very nice and smiley. I asked for a clean rag and the crew member came right out with a smile and cleaned the table and bench for us. The food was so good. Love the breading on the chicken. I would like to see a bigger portion with the cole slaw. For a $10 chicken meal i was a little disappointed that the Cole slaw was in a "to go" sauce cup. But that doesn't take away from the over all good experience I had here.
The staff was incredibly rude and ignored me when it was my turn to order. Then they got my name wrong and gave my food to someone who had just walked in. I love raising canes but this location sucks. Its a minimum 20 minute wait for your food, usually longer. The food was fine
The crew at this location deserves recognition from corporate. They were polite, prompt, professional and the food was perfect. We dined in and couldn't help but overhear them having to deal with a barrage of horribly rude and insulting customers, and the team maintained their upbeat professional attitude. I felt bad that they had to deal with that, but they handled it perfectly. Great job!
1st time having canes. Drove from Buffalo NY just for it cause friend recommended it. Totally worth the experience. Very good chicken. Very friendly staff!
Last time I was in a Cane's the food was good as always but the service was sub par. But visiting this Cane's the food was its usual flavorful food. As well as the service being outstanding and up to the Cane's standards that I am used to. Hoping we get one soon in the Toledo area because it is a great place to eat.

We love the food and their sauce. Servers are usually pretty friendly. Food is always hot, fresh and we rarely wait too long. Do not do the drive thru, then it's a very long line of cars and wait.
1st time visit, the fries were cold but the chicken & toast was good. I will give it another try in the future but I was disappointed as I have heard so many good things. The staff were great and friendly.

I LOVE the food here. Obsessed, actually. The sauce is to die for and the chicken is always so fresh and juicy. Only complaint is they are very inconsistent with portion sizes. The food here isn't cheap so you would expect to be getting what you pay for each time. Sometimes I get 4 tiny chicken strips that look like little nuggets and other times I get full sized strips. Please work on consistently giving your customers what they pay for!
