Okay so staff was nice but I’m just so upset w the price change and I love pulp so I noticed. I got a smoothie that was $7.75 cool but it comes w the smallest cup so it was rip off then the staff decided to finish off the remainder of smoothie which isn’t a problem but if I’m going to spend that much on a smoothie I would like at least more then half of it. Thank you.
staff has a major attitude issue and the service is some of the worst! good smoothies tho
Pulp is the best smoothie place. They have a huge menu and lots of food options! The Mango Bomb is the best.
Smoothies are great as always. Staff could use an attitude check. It’s not hard to say hello and at least be polite when checking out. Other than that, the drinks are good! Would recommend if you aren’t too worried about service.
Not good service here AT ALL staff are rude & the smoothies we ordered were horrible. Will not return & HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND

Ordered a Carrot juice based vegetable drink. I could not taste carrrots,either the were out of carrots or the girl working was to lazy to do her job properly.I have ordered this drink dozens of times at different pulp locations. AlwaysCarrots as the base ,kale,beets and lemons. Usually it is pretty good.This time I sucked it down for the nutrition.
Stood at the register for at least 4-5 minutes - two team members were putting something into the register (maybe an online order?)Didn’t look up, didn’t greet me - all I really wanted was a “hey we’re doing (whatever) right now but we will be with you in a minute” it was irritating to just stand there and be ignored wondering when they would be available to help. Then the register team member was clearly irritated by my order - too bad they have such a great drink just really uncomfortable ordering :(
