Mixed opinions on staff & food quality. First time visit for a take out order, 40 minutes before closing. Staff: two workers, one pleasant, one not so. Order needed a roll to be cut. No knife. Guess which worker had already stowed away all the equipment for the night. Friendly worker had to reset the workspace then food was promptly received. Quality: toppings were good but the bun was not enjoyable. It was moist & fresh (good), however also dense & chewy, remininscent of a bagel. After the first couple bites, discarded half of the bun and just ate the sub open-faced. Not the food experience that was expected.
This is by far the BEST Penn station. We recently moved 25 miles away and will continue to drive back for the best tasting food and outstanding customer service. They need to send staff here for training! Macedonia and Kent cannot hold a candle to this location. Manager Chris is awesome, his sister that works here and Tiffany have been absolutely great!!!
the crew that works at the north canton location is awesome, the food is always prepared correctly and is always done on time and always made fresh
The food was delicious but the dining room left something to be desired. It was lunchtime so I can only assume they were very busy right beforehand. Every table was dirty and the pop machine needs a good scrubbing.
Placing order online was easy. Arrived at time indicated when order placed but the sandwich was just being started so there was a wait to get the order. French fries were fresh and hot. Staff friendly.
I love Penn Station but this location is disgusting. Workers seem dirty in appearance, place is a mess and credit card reader was slimy. Employee messed up my order which is fine they corrected but while cancelling transaction before I inserted my card… he just stared at me while hitting the key pad on the card reader. It was very ackward… ?. Fountain drink had no flavor… I just wanted a nice lunch since been craving it. Last time I go to that location.
This is the worst penn station I’ve been to. The blonde girl with the lip piercing was rude and did not want to take anyone’s order. Without your customers, you’d not be working so why ignore us?The guys with the tattoos was running around trying to do several peoples jobs however, he didn’t ask us what kind of bread we wanted so we were automatically given white bread. I wouldn’t have cared however, the bread was not cooked at all. It looked like pale dough still and tasted like mush. This is the second time I’ve been to this store and every time the workers are nasty. I work fast food so I know how you’re supposed to act. If you hate your job, then quit. Simple.
Go to the belden village location worth the couple extra minute drive. They do not give refills on drinks like every other store, salads and sandwiches subpar compared to other locations. And honestly the manager seemed very unhappy to deal with customers.
Probably have to be the worst location out of any of them, can’t see them making it to long in the NC
First time we ordered from Penn Station. The subs were delicious and the fries were fantastic too. Seemed a little pricey but very good.
