Cinnamon Crunch Bagel. The best.

Ok food. I've been there several times lately to find out they closed early. When I went in the afternoon one day the dining room was closed. I understand it's probably staffing shortages but it's so bad they're unreliable as a place to eat.

Overpriced as hell but they have friendly staff and the food is okay, I love the bread bowls but damn are they worth the money? I don't think so ?

Most bakery items were gone, but that is expected....however,finding a clean table is a chore...not one clean table. Understanding the shortness of staff, but 4 employees...one could make sure the dining room was clean.

One of us had soup and salad and the other had soup and sandwich. The soups were very good. The salad and sandwich were not very good. Our table was not cleaned and floors were quite messy. Will not hurry back there.

The prices went up service went down— I’ve gone to Panera for years, with this specific location. The food I revive when I place orders through door dash looks like it was “sloppily” put together and not even been attempted to handle with care. With my most recent experience is with a pickup and someone else took my food. I gave them 10 minutes because it was busy during lunch and assumed they were just running behind. When I went up to ask they said they placed the food in the “carry out stand” (how I would describe it) and it was not there I asked the lady and she asked me if I took my food already. If I were to I would have not have been asking for more. She then shrugged her shoulders and said sorry. I asked for a refund and they said I would get the money spent returned to my card waiting to see if that will happen. Their “carry out stand” isn’t working I’m surprised they didn’t address things like this sooner. It doesn’t take much to just have a customer come up to an employee and give a name for confirmation.
