We like to eat here, but more often than not they are out of everything we want to order. You would think at 5:15pm they would have food to feed the people coming home from work who want take out. This has happened several times.
Went here for the first time and they told use we can only get three things ok that's fine what ever. Asked how old the crab rangoon was got ignored. Then when we were getting ready to get our orange chicken she was oh we're out of that now too. So we left and most likely won't go back.
Food was very flavorful and the portions are very generous. My Teriyaki chicken was not all that good because it must have been sitting around for awhile. The girl that took my order was very nice.
Most of the time everything is fine. Maybe about 40% of the time though I'll get someone who sounds like they would rather be dead than working or I'll be missing something from my order. I've probably given this place close to $20 now in missing sides. Double check and make sure they gave you everything before you leave because they certainly won't check themselves.
Love Panda express, especially the teriyaki chicken. However after what is now probably the 10th time (at minimum) my order was either incorrect or no teriyaki sauce was included with my teriyaki chicken. This time, I ordered teriyaki chicken, got home and open it and it's orange chicken. There was also no cookie with kids meal. Clearly a lack of over sight, training or both. And no they were not busy.
Food is okay sometimes if they have it. They seem to run out of food all the time. And they never get my order correct.
Was my first time there with my husband , walk in and try to look over the menu and being rushed to order. All the employees did was stare at us and make is feel very awkward for taking time to look over the menu. No help at all just stood there and stared at us, went out to our vehicle to look over the menu out there and seen them walk to the doors and stare at is there I will not be going back to this place. Customer service SUCKS
I don't know why this is here, I have never been in panda express. I gave 5 stares because I heard it's good.
Not my favorite. Spring rolls are truly awful. What do you expect for fast food though?!
They did not even give us one single packet of sauce or soy or anything to flavor their flavorless food. They show a photo of lo mein and when we called to ask cause they called it chow mein they said it was lo mein but it was not at all. Absolutely flavorless and when you order for delivery should they not include sauce packets? When you order egg rolls don't you expect a dipping sauce. Very disappointed. Will NOT order from here again.
