They're used to be a branch of Don ponchos in New Philadelphia, Ohio where I live and this it was my absolute all time favorite restaurant. I never had Mexican food as distinctive and delicious as this. I have been up to the Massillon location twice and was not disappointed either time. The food is great, our server was super nice and had a bubbly personality. It was nice to have such great service. We will definitely be going back. We usually get the combination platter where you can choose three, four, or five items. But there are many other dishes that I would like to try. We also tried their nacho dips before and they were excellent.

Great little regional Tex Mex restaurant. Our waitress was on her second day and she was lovely. I am so sad I can't remember her name. Was a little disappointed that Taco Tuesday only included ground beef and there were no vegetarian options except cheese, but all in all it was pretty good. Honestly, our favorite part was the chips and salsa because they had a special seasoning and came out warm and crispy.

Service was fantastic. Waitress was very nice person, excellent customer service! 5/5!Food was...... blad and boring. Tasted like a frozen meal lacked any type of seasoning, even the basics of Tex-Mex cuisine. Queso tasted bland and gritty like powdered cheese. For the price I'll pass.

Four years ago our food was so bad that 5 out of 6 said we’d not return. Tonight we decided it was time to try it again. We all agreed it was just ok . The quesadillas were a bit over cooked, the queso was just warm and the margaritas taste like frozen sprite slushy drinks…. not much alcohol in them.

The service was good, or server for the most was on point. The food though wasn't so good!!! Chips and salsa the chips barley had any taste and the salsa had no flavor at all!! I had the Grand Burrito, which was ok not much to stand out, wife had Brisket Tacos. We asked how many came with the plate, was told 3 only got two. Once again nothing to talk about. We won't be back, if you're looking for a place to enjoy good food I would recommend some place else..

We love Pancho’s! My husband and I are there just about every Saturday. Staff is AMAZING!

Good food, enough room to enjoy who you’re with safely and friendly staff

Great dining experience. Not too loud.

I was debating between a 1 and 2 star review for Panchos to be honest. I’m going to give it a two because our server was nice and the food was edible. The food was not good for anyone in my family of 4. The chips that they bring out before your meal were heavily seasoned and did not taste good. We ordered queso dip as an appetizer. It was probably the worst queso dip I’ve had. It tasted like nacho cheese you’d get at a minor league baseball game only nastier. I had the enchiladas for my entree. (One beef, one cheese and one shredded chicken) Our server had asked if I wanted mild, medium or hot for the enchilada sauce. I was feeling boring today so I chose mild. When it came out, the enchiladas were covered in cheese and what looked/tasted like a brown gravy sauce. (Look at the photos…) The rice that came with my meal was incredibly dry and lacked flavor. My husband got a quesadilla and it was one of the most unappealing quesadillas I have ever seen. He said that the flavor matched the appearance. Their food is on the pricey side for this genre of food. We will be steering clear of panchos in the future.

Food was great. Don't let the menu fool you, I had no problem eating the guac (that serves 2-3) all by myself. Not sure there was enough to share with another!!Nice selection of meals that weren't traditional Mexican.
