When I walked into the store I was pleasantly greeted with a "Welcome to Moe's!" By several staff. It was cleaner than I had seen it in the past, and all of the workers had a smile on their face. I'm not sure if the store is under new management, but I am sure that this encounter was different than the ones I have experienced in the past. The food was fresh, the interactions were great, my overall experience dining in this restaurant was substantially greater than before. I almost gave up on Moe's because I have not had the best service here. But I can honestly say, my recent experience changed that, I would definitely visit again.
Moe's Southwest Grill has new management and they are focusing on great customer service, friendly staff, a clean restaurant environment, and amazing food! Right when I walked in I saw that the restaurant was super clean. I got the chicken Adobe which was delicious and flavorful. All of the toppings in my burrito bowl tasted very fresh. I love that chips and salsa are included, and on Mondays a drink is included as well! I will be coming back soon!
Great customer service! I've been to this restaurant a couple times in the past week and each time I was greeted with friendly, smiling faces. The food was delicious! The staff was very attentive and detailed. MOE MONDAYS! That's all I'll say!! The rewards you get for downloading the app are also amazing! BOGO, Free queso, birthday burritos! So many perks. I'll definitely be visiting Moe's again soon!
The staff is friendly and helpful if you’ve never been there before ? There’s lots of choices and the food is very good and they give you the chips on the side? I think it’s better than chipotle, but that’s my opinion ? The menu is set up like chipotle, check them out???

Not clean. The food was old. The staff was friendly and helpful and that is why we gave one star. We ended up throwing out the burrito. You are better going to Taco Bell.
I've never been to the Canton location and will never return. I felt sorry for the 2 girls working ALONE in there doing everything. An entire restaurant, and 2 workers. That would probably explain the condition of the inside. There wasn't a clean table or booth to be found. The trash was piled so high, it was overflowing onto the floor. Actually, there was food under all the tables just about. The food in some of the pans was so dried out, it looked like it had been in there for days. I blame management or LACK of. If this place doesn't have proper management, please close the doors! Nobody wants to pay decent money to eat in a place like that. Those girls were doing the best they could, but that place was filthy from front to back.
To make this clear, this place gets 0 stars. How this restaurant is still open, I have no idea. Save yourself time and go to one of the 50 other places withing five miles of Moe's.Decided to try something new tonight, ordered a simple TWO ITEM meal for me and my daughter. Ordered online, given fifteen minute wait time, and arrived at said time.Now let's set the picture. First of all and side note, the place is filthy.There are three employees at this time and I'm not greeted by a single one. It is me and one other woman who is also waiting on an online pickup. Neither of our food is ready. Again... we're the only people in here and from my view no food is being made.One girl doesn't even look my way, has AIR PODS in, and proceeded to just stand at the fryer making approximately fifteen bags of chips instead of... well I don't know... making some orders.The second employee is completely obviously and apparently can't figure out how to make burritos.The third appeared out of the back at some point.Two men entered, they were immediately taken care of while I stood there at the counter with no one saying a word to me. Finally after approximately twenty minutes I had enough, had to yell for someone's attention and got my money back. They were more than happy to oblige and not have to actually do their jobs.Needless to say, I will never go back. Completely dysfunctional and rude employees who have no idea how to do their jobs.
I wish I would have read the reviews before placing an order for pickup via GrubHub...First, I was never notified when my meal was ready for pickup. I kept refreshing the app and it said 'in progress'. I finally just showed up and it was there... who know for how long. Ok, that can happen on an app sure.But as I open my soggy meal, I notice instead of hard tacos they subbed soft shell. My chips also didn't come with salsa. And there wasn't a note on my meal that there were substitutions or that they were out of salsa.So, I called to ask about my meal. Apparently they were out of hard shells and hadn't made salsa yet... at noon. When I mentioned it would have been nice to know about the items they were out of (even with just a note on my bag), the store rep HUNG UP ON ME.Worst customer experience EVER.
