Love the fries especially when they are salted & hot & fresh. But when will there be NEW items to enjoy at McDonald's. The Restrooms are always gross.
Got a large coke instead of vanilla cone, no gripes though! food was assembled pretty well.
I rate it two stars, there's mold in the hot fudge. I didn't notice at first then I found out one of my friends works here and she says there's mold in the hot fudge. They just mix it up with the ice cream so u wouldn't notice.
Quick service, unfortunately it was very peppery today. But everyone was still polite and friendly. Happy this is my neighborhood McDonald's
Im not exactly who they have working here now but the girl at the pick up window wasn’t vocal at all. She didn’t say one word even after I asked if that was the only bag. Then I get home and find she forgot my kids syrup. The only reason I went to McDonald’s was because I didn’t have syrup at home.
Tried out the new menu hack for lunch today. Everything was tip top. Enjoyed a nice hot and affordable meal. Never can go wrong here.
One of the worst experiences I’ve had at McDonald’s. Ever… it was about 10:20-10:30 PM this is the second McDonald’s we went to to try to get apple pies the other, was out of them. So we drove to the next closest on about 15 minutes away, no big deal. Our friend has social anxiety and was trying to order and had some questions regarding the menu and we misheard the woman over the PA system and when we asked for pies we thought she said something about fries. She was short and not too thrilled to answer our questions. Once I pulled up to the window where my food was given I said something about how I felt like she was rude to me. She then proceeded to tell us we were “goofing off” and “messing around” at her drive thru. We apologized to her and tried to explain that we simply misheard her. She then proceeded to tell us how she could have/should have refused us service. While apologizing again she shut the sliding window and rolled her eyes while I was trying to talk to her and walked away. And when I said oh okay, she opened it back up and then shut it again I’ve worked fast food and retail and I have never treated a customer like this. Especially when they are trying to explain how they feel or what happened. Let alone apologize… like really? I have this whole interaction on video as well. So she can not say we lied. McDonald’s. Come on.

Fast friendly service, orders are always accurate and fast.
I ordered a 20 piece chicken nuggets and a large fry. I asked for honey for the nuggets and got honey mustard not honey the won't eat them. The nuggets were old and fries were cold. When I called they said come back through, like that is so easy come back. I just waited in line in rush hour are you kidding me. That was my option to come back no apology or anything.
