Tonight I called and placed an order- I waited over an hour and no pizza delivered. I called and the manager told me that they called me three times which I have proof they never called once. When the manager asked the driver if he called and I asked for them to verify, They could not and hung up on me. We used to order weekly if not multiple times a week and it has gone completely down hill with customer service over the past month. When I asked for the district manager/ owner number, the manager refused.
We(Odd Jobs by Scotty) was installing a shed in Jackson and got the vbq chicken pizza. All my workers chowed down and the shed got done for some real good folks over there. Been keeping us busy in the area and we gotta eat. Marcos has a great pizza.
This past Tuesday, I took advantage of the buy one get one pizza offer. I bought a meat lovers and a deluxe large. Both pizzas were very hot and extremely tasty. The amount of toppings that were put on the pizzas were amazingly abundant. I have been to the wales avenue Marco‘s Pizza several times so far this year and each and every time I have been more than satisfied with the quality of food and the top notch service I received when picking up my order. I always feel welcome when I enter the building and I am greeted with a hello and welcome to Marcos pizza. I highly recommend Marcos pizza if you’re in the mood for a quality pie that will fill your stomach and satisfy your craving for a good tasting meal.
I will preface saying the store was very busy and having a history in retail management, i completely understand. The toppings were all thrown on in the center. Paid for 4 side sauces. We received 2 - one wasn't what we requested. The pizzas were asked to be well done and weren't, but that's not a big deal. We get it. You're busy. Living a few blocks away is the big reason we order because we seldom order take out (we like to cook) and order on a whim. The service has been better before, but super disappointed in our last order.
Usually order online. There are great deals there. Pizza is usually just out of the oven or ready to come out by the time I get to the store. I haven't been disappointed with them at all. Pizza tastes great.
Would love to get pizza there but no Gluten-free crust no matter how many times we request they carry it. So, we'll continue to drive past them to the one in North Canton. Oh well
I don't understand the negative reviews! I've ordered from here many times, and it's always been great. What I love is the CONSISTENCY which is a rarity. The pizza is always the same! It's never undercooked or overcooked. It's just right each and every time! Additionally, the staff always greet you when you walk in the door; they seem very pleasant and nice.
I got amazing service here I ask for something I ordered it and it was there a hot and ready in less than 10 minutes and the gentleman was very polite
