I ordered from this Marco's and they really made two disgustingly terrible pizzas. I complained and they gave me a credit and then when I ordered next I got two more exactly as terrible pizzas. Obviously they do not teach their staff the correct way when they mess up. So with this and the time before these two when the made the wrong pizza., I have boycotted this Marco's. The one on 30th st. is much better. It is a little farther away from me but well worth it.
Ordered online- 3 pizzas at approx 7:24 pm.Got a call saying they couldn't make our pizzas because the kitchen is closed, and they had to cancel our order.Neat-o. Could have updated the online ordering before I wasted my time customizing all my pizzas.Whatever- there are many pizza places to choose from around here, and this Marco's always messes something up anyway.Got pizza cheaper elsewhere.Will not be ordering Marco's moving forward.
This location is by far the best pizza location in North Canton for fast delivery service and punctuality.I had the pleaser of communicating with a couple staff members tonight and I was truly impressed.You can’t deny that this place has the best price for the best pizza around. Thank you for you’re hard work and giving us a place we can count on.This place is OUTSTANDING!

He honestly was the victim of very poor timing with the chaos of my family returning from a long road trip.This man did not deserve the level of frustration he received from my spouse and I.I believe he read the details in my delivery instructions after the fact and realized why I was frustrated. He then returned to my home to give back my money and wanted to do it face-to-face.I find this very respectful and I have the upmost respect for this man.I found out this was the owner who was filling in for a driver who did not show up to work today.His name is Joe and I’m giving him this five star rating because I truly respect the way he handled the situation and wanted to make it right.In the end, he was not wrong, I was.Thank you Joe and I want you to know my family will be a firm believer of your business moving forward. We randomly order from many different places but you will be our number one for pizza moving forward.The way that you handled the situation is something that I think is lost in today’s society and business.I’m sorry I was not available at the time you returned but I’m happy I was able to get on my Ring camera when my spouse told me that you had pulled up and you were were walking to the door. I’m happy I could speak to you over the camera in my absence.I also want to add that your pizza was fantastic as usual and your staff is very courteous and respectful.I am a firm believer of a team becoming successful from its leader and you definitely are doing a good job at training your team in this location.Again I’m sorry and good luck out there in the pizza business.Thank you
First time eating Marco. Like the crust and amount of toppings they add. Taste is very good.

The driest, tasteless pizza I ever had in my life. I wouldn’t walk across the street for a free one. Absolutely terrible.
The personnel at this store are extremely rude and very unprofessional. We placed an order for delivery at 4:40pm with an expected delivery time of 6pm because it’s a busy night. As of 7pm still no pizza and the delivery driver had the nerve to report it was delivered. We then agreed to pick up the food and we’re told it would be ready by 7:40. It’s now 7:55pm and we are nowhere closer than we were at 6pm to getting our food. Never again will I give them my business or a second thought.
Pizza was very sloppy and not prepared well. Wasn't cut at all. And very soggy. The 2 liter of mountain dew we got expired back in July. Its October.
