I went out to eat here with my parents yesterday evening and had a fabulous time. The appetizer was great, and our food was even better. Best of all was our waitress Sally, she was phenomenal, she checked on us regularly, our cups never got empty before she'd bring us a refill. She was funny, an overall a great person!! LOVED HER! Great experience, we will definitely go again soon! ♥️
My lunch steak was great….cooked perfectly, seasoned well, no gristle. The Brussels sprouts were delicious but there’s up charge. Service was spot on. Great price. I enjoy the sirloin steak here. However my friend ordered the 6 oz filet and she, unfortunately, has two bites of gristle……glad I got the sirloin! She wasn’t very happy about that but she didn’t complain.
Edited to add: I was reached out to via phone from the store manager who offered us another try here. We had a completely satisfying experience and the desire to make our previous experience right was so appreciated. All of the steaks were perfect, sides etc good. Updating my review accordingly as we would certainly try again.Original: Don’t bother getting carry out here. Since COVID, it’s primarily how we ‘eat out’. Having been to several local restaurants this way, I’ve never had a worse experience than this past weekend at Longhorn. Sat in the carry out space with 3 other cars while not a single employee came in or out for 20 minutes. I watched bag after bag be brought to the racks in front of the carry out door but no one brought anything out. Finally we went to the door to ask for it where we were waived away. Get home and toppings and side dishes are missing. Steak is undercooked which is impressive giving how long it sat. $80+ dollars and the experience wasn’t worth $5.
I went to Longhorn without anything in particular in mind of what I was going to order. After reviewing the menu, I decided to get one of their steak burgers. It was made exactly to the temperature I requested and it was an extremely enjoyable burger. All of the toppings were fresh and flavorful. It was a very nice experience and the atmosphere was very pleasant.
Very good waitress very good!!!!!!very busy my first time there won't be last. Had 6 oz sirloin and it was done exactly the way I wanted!! The cut was 3/4 inch thick instead of cutting thin to make it look bigger giving them the ability to cook it to perfect to the way you ordered it !!! I am 82 yrs old don't eat much any more so this was great to get a small steak cooked the way I wanted with great juicey flavor instead of dry tough 1/2 inch piece of meat. Very good loaded baked potato.
Service was top notch. Attentive and on the ball. Steaks were not cooked as asked. Medium was more like medium rare and my wife's medium well was nowhere close. She just didn't eat it, citing she was not hungry. We aren't the type to complain while dining out but we will always leave a fair review.
For some reason the steak was not great today and they must have changed where they get their beef. On a good note, my stuffed mushrooms and crispy brussel sprouts were amazzzzing! My waitress Alex was great! I will be back, just hoping for my usual steak that is full of flavor and tender.
Great experience on a very busy night- Friday! We (4) registered online wait list, only waited 5-10 minutes after arrival to be seated. All steaks (Flo, sirloin, ribeye) were great and cooked as requested (including no extra seasoning). John C our server was the Best!
Always a great experience! Steaks are a little overcooked, unless you get them cooked Pittsburgh style. The donut dessert is NOT good. They fry it in the same oil they do the bloomin onions, so your donuts taste like onion rings. We ended up getting the strawberry cake, and somehow still had cucumbers mixed in with our strawberries. Still a nice place to go with pleasant staff
We had 4 take out orders to celebrate my dad's 92th birthday at my place. Oh my was every dinner packaged perfectly with every condiment present. The dinners were fantastic. Still hot and delicious. We love Longhorn and the wonderful hard working staff. Thank you for making our day wonderful.
