I placed an order online for this location my pick up time was 5:15. I got there at that time only to find a sign in the door that said closed due to short staff. I figured well they know they are closed so I should be able to get my refund tomorrow since they already took my money so I went to little Caesar’s on Cleveland Ave which by the way one of the pizzas was over cooked the other two was brown the cheese was not even white but anyways I called that location over half the day the next day with no answer so I called cooperate they said the would email the owner and get my money back so I waited a week and called back they said they did not get a response from the owner soon as they do they will refund me so I called again yesterday which makes it two weeks and again I’m getting the same response but I’m having a hard time believing a cooperate cannot get a hold of a store owner and can’t refund me now. I am gonna just let my bank handle it

Hands down the absolute worst Little Caesars location in the area. I have yet to visit the drive thru (lobby doors have been locked more than once to prevent business at the counter) and have any kind of pizza be ready. There is consistently a wait of 10-15 minutes at minimum, defeating the purpose of "hot and ready". At the least, the staff could let customers know these items are not available *before* taking any money and then making them wait, sometimes up to 30 minutes, which at that point I could have ordered from literally anywhere else and gotten more than cheese and pepperoni. I blame myself for continuing to give this location a chance and feel bad for the staff who seem overworked and with little to no back up (normally only able to see 2 people working the dinner rush). I hope the franchisee/general manager see this and step up and try to improve customer service because I know I'm not the only person that avoids this location for the same reason. My apologies for coming across as rude, but it's exceedingly frustrating to have to wait for something advertised as always ready!
Ordered pizza from here about half a dozen times before and I have 0 complaints. Pretty damn good pizza.Recommendation... add parm sprinkles to the pizza for a great boost!
They locked the door 15 minutes before closing time and then asked me to wait at the drive through window.
their food is always good, the cookie dough brownies are BOMB! My whole family loved them. A nice employee noticed my kids in the car while in the drive thru and gave them some free cookies!
The pizza is decent but for the price you can't beat it. I enjoy all their food.

Worst service. Even before the pandemic. They never answer the phone. The drive-thur is always backed up. ????
