I went to the drive thru on my lunch from work, had to turn around & go back as they forgot to give me the cookie that came with my meal & the dipping sauce also. My meal was not good. It seems as if the food had been sitting for a quite a while. The tenders were over done, the fries were soggy & the biscuit was hard. The prices have increased & quality has gone down. It will be quite some time before I will visit this location again.
Usually vary good we always get the 8pc. Last night weDid the same and the pices were so small the tough looked like a wing. breast no meat to small all bone
Always good, fast, chicken. If I have to get fast food they are in my top 3 favorite.
If it wasn't 10 degrees out, I would have taken food back. Ordered fries, received mash potatoes (with no fork). Wings were terrible, overcooked and no meat whatsoever. I didn't even get napkins. Totally disappointed in KFC I frequent weekly.
Just grabbed some beyond nuggets they are amazing! Really great flavor and they seem bigger in size to regular nuggets. Great job KFC!
They allowed me to pay for a large order the day before and arranged for me to be able to pick up the order the next day before they even opened. Very courteous and helpful.
Very disappointedMy large sides were not any where near large as a matter of fact I was shorted 2 large side orders butthe ones I got were not even that of individual sizes so I had the time of my life splitting up your old over priced under sized food between 5 people n went hungry myself cause there was nothing leftGet your stuff together you guys your better then that.
The colonel is still doing it right, their food is delicious the only thing I find that was not pleasing was the sides of the chicken bites that you get in your KFC bowl.They were very small and very crunchy like hard, overcooked.
Ordered 12 piece meal, the chicken outstanding as always. My issue was the side dishes, bowls they are served in weren’t even filled 1/3 the way. Two spoonfuls in each bowl at best. I remember the days when I had sides leftover. Not worth $32. didn’t even serve 4 people. The food quality is great, just think side portions should be more generous.
If we could zero we would!! Little girl at window got an attitude when we asked for a drink carrier slammed the drinks and huffed and puffed while reaching for carrier and then slammed that on counter and put drinks in and then basically threw our bag of food at us! No have a good night or anything!! We will not be going back there either!!!
