Terrible service. The guy behind the counter made us bag our own sandwiches, and reach over the back counter to get our own napkins and acted like I was stupid for being confused when I couldn't find the napkins, and they were just like sat in big stacks behind the counter with the bags. So weird.

Don't really care for them, almost got ran over by a employee twice because she was I guess having a dispute with another employee behind the counter also there small baguette bread only make a person think there getting alot along with them not having a way to toast your sandwich only will eat there as a last resort anymore.

I got married a few weeks ago at Walsh University and we had Jimmy John's deliver sandwiches for the bridal party as we got ready for the wedding. I placed my order online ahead of time. They delivered everything on time and with no errors - and of course the food was delicious! I highly recommend ordering from here.
i used to order from this store a lot and they were really good when i was working over in north canton and then one day it seemed like everythung went downhill. quality of the bread, sometimes hard and overdone and sometimes underdone. my business ordered for delivery for years and one day they told us we were out of the delivery area. that was fine we started ordering from jersey mikes in belden until the one guy who worked with us brought in a party tray from the belden store. the sandwiches were so good. well it was my day to bring in the food so i went to this jimmy johns because it is a stone's throw from my house and bought 8 sandwiches four #4's, two #5's and two #12's and a pickle bucket. the #12's were missing avocado and when i called the guy claimed it was inbetween the cheese. that was not the case. the sandwiches were sloppy like much of the lettuce was on one side of the sandwich and the tomato slivers (not slices) were inedible.
The sandwiches were as amazingly delicious as they were a decade ago when I last had them. Love this shop and will be back!
