Order was wrong, I ordered a medium pepperoni, mushrooms, double cheese, no pepperoni just mushrooms and cheese, dough is under cooked. Kins od disappointed because I ordered other stuff as well. For the amount of money I spend I expect the order to br right
Pizza was ok, but the woman at the register is just rude and nasty. First, as I was waiting to give her my name, she was yelling at someone ordering over the phone who clearly couldn't hear her. Next, after waiting 25 minutes for our order to be ready, for whatever reason, our small was just going in the oven. Her excuse was "as you can see, we're busy". This would be an acceptable excuse except, the large was done and boxed. I then asked her if the jojo's were ready and she mumbled something under her breath that she wouldn't repeat when I asked her what she said, so I'm sure it wasn't anything professional. I understand things happen but there was no ownership or even an apology for the issue. I wish I could say this was the first time I received an attitude from the people that work there, but it seems every time we go there they are just rude and nasty. We use to go there more often but stopped because of the service. I regret going back and won't be back again. There are many more pizza shops around town and I haven’t had one yet be rude and nasty, especially when they make a mistake.
Wonderful pizza and staff. I remember talking to Mr. Ventura many times over the years when he was still with us. Would recommend this place to anyone.

I have ordered from this establishment and it has always been good but today the pizza was burnt and hard and when I called about it they said wasn’t anything they could do about it not they would replace it if I bring it back . Like they should.

Pizza taste like cardboard wasnt able to eat TERRIBLE....person working had NO MASK and 1 glove making pizza and taking money ....sorry no more Italo pizza for this family ....WEAR MASKS
Omg the best pizza, I ask my hubby every year to take me here for my birthday. We live in obetz so it's a long drive but well worth the drive.
