She is such a blessing, so sweet, great at her job, and makes the expierence 101% amazing. If Machella or her peers see this please relay the message to her. I'm the guy that gets the big steak omlette and was doing scratch offs that came in by himself. ❤
It has been quite a while since I’ve been to IHOP, so this past Wednesday I went there for dinner and had a great experience with the quality of the food and service. Everything was above my expectations. I ordered a breakfast combo meal and everything was perfect. The coffee that I ordered was very flavorful and fresh. I have no complaints whatsoever about the visit. I went down again this morning with some family and friends and had another breakfast combo. Again, it was without flaw. Our server did a fantastic job, coming back to our table often enough to see how we were doing and if drinks needed refilled, but not too often as to be bothersome. She did a fantastic job. The food was hot and fresh and very tasty. IHOP is batting 1000 so far. I look forward to going again and trying something different from their menu.
It was National Pancake Day! Free short stack of 3 cakes woo-hoo. Free and delicious! Also ordered 1 of my favorite breakfast meals. Waitress was good checking in with us several times. People just didn't take advantage of this offer this year, not many at the restaurant. Great place to eat!!!
Our server was excellent. Kept up on drinks. She was busy but we couldn't tell. We were seated immediately. It was clean. The table busser asked if we would like the blinds lowered for our comfort. A good experience on a snowy Sunday morning.

My family and I was very unhappy with this particular IHOP. First, we were taken to our table. We were seated in an area of the restaurant where there was no heat except for a small space heater. The waitress was very rude. The orange juice tasted spoiled. The scrambled eggs were the only part of my meal that I enjoyed. I reccomend staying away from the particular IHOP.
trash management Will Ebey is arguably the worst GM I've ever had the displeasure of working with if you want to be treated like just a name on a time card then work here but if you want somewhere that actually gives a crap about their employees I don't recommend working here
The food was amazing! Our service could have been a little bit better. Our waiter messed up my friends whole order. My order was completely fine.
Let's just say when Christmas is upon you for a late snack out. The food is good but the skeleton group of waitresses seem annoyed just serving customers. Some are elderly and no family, others on travel stopping in to eat something other than fast food. The manager wished everyone a great holiday and new year. But waitresses there should stop thinking of their paycheck and really empathize with the people who arrive, all they want sometimes is a smile on those holidays. A welcome to have you there that day and appreciation you decided to be a part of their day also.
Food was prepared correctly. There were enough servers the day before Christmas that there wasn't a line. Food came out quickly. Service was excellent.
