Customer service Was awesome. They was so nice… favorite ice cream was the grand central station. It’s so many different Variety of flavors.. will be coming back
Incredibly long wait to get our ice cream after our order was placed . It appeared that very few workers inside were actually serving customers . Lots of standing around , someone mopping the floor . I realize it was near closing time but waiting customers should be served prior to starting your closing clean up routine .

Sooooo good. Handels has so many great flavors that it's impossible to pick just one. I highly recommend graham central station. I have been known to eat a whole quart of that stuff in one sitting and still be craving more! Akron is so lucky to be blessed with handels for icecream.
Love it. Every handels location is so good. So consistent. The staff is always so friendly- even if you show up right before close (sorry). Personal favorite flavors are the classic of cookie dough, but also handels exclusives of oree-dough, and chocolate cake batter.
Best ice cream I have ever had! I have been to multiple Handel's locations throughout NE Ohio and they all offer the same consistent experience. Being from Youngstown originally this business holds a special place for me.
