Food was awesome! Great experience. Dining room wasn’t the cleanest, but it was great. Burgers, fries, curds, and onion rings.

This place is AWFUL! There was one car in front of us and it took 20 minutes to get our food. To top it off, our order was incorrect and we were charged for items we didn't order or receive. They added cheese when we asked for no cheese and one of the burgers was sitting in a pile of mayo. We also weren't given any napkins, straws, or spoons. I tried calling multiple times, but no answer and the voicemail isn't set up, shocker! I'll gladly waste $30 elsewhere!

Overall the food was good. Pretty much what I expected. A lot like steak and shake. The Ice-cream good too but honestly have you ever really had bad Ice-cream? Only downside was the heat in this place was extremely to high. I can believe they thought it was okay to have it that warm in there. Like a sauna.

Not one employee at the counter. Had wait for someone to come from the back. She was not very friendly. She had an attitude like we were bothering her. Not one other customer was in the restaurant. The restaurant was clean and nicely decorated. The parking area was clean.

Do you like waiting 20 minutes just to order your food in the drive thru? Do you enjoy waiting another 20 minutes…only to receive the wrong order? If so, this is the place for you! It’s been months since things have been awful at this location…and still no change. I’m not exaggerating…I’ve watched an average of 3-4 cars pull out of the drive thru in frustration during every visit.

First of all, the restaurant was extremely hot inside, which staff agreed so. Lobby was dirty as well, could hardly tell the building is fairly new. The staff was very friendly and was upfront with the fact that although we were the only customers, manager only had trainees and it would be quite a wait for our food. Because they communicated that before taking our order and were so friendly, I appreciated that and continued to order. My adult son and I both ordered a combo meal and an extra burger. Food smelled great when we were handed our Togo bags and we were excited. Got home, sat down to eat, and the food is barely edible. Not only were the buns super dry, to the point of crumbling apart, but the meat was super burnt and crunchy and salted to the point of immediate dry mouth with every bite. I have to say, the french fries were super super good, even when they got cold. This was our first visit and our last however. We are both great appreciators of food and did not appreciate this meal. I'm not a wasteful person, but 1 and a half of my 2 burgers went to the trash. I now have to figure out what to make for dinner on my Saturday night now since that hard earned money just went to the trash. I do want to say that the people working there were friendly and attentive, just definitely should not be cooking for humans.

Used to be great, not any more. Haven’t been back in months. My last trip my burger wasn’t cooked through, the employee looked at me like I we as crazy. Clearly the meat is pink and cold! We ordered custard after we finished the cooked portion of our meal. They never called us that the order was ready. 20 minutes later I went up and asked, they pointed to the custards melting all over the counter and continued talking to each other. This place will not last very long with business practices like this.

First and for most, we couldn’t even find a table to sit at because they were all filthy. The service was good for us for only have two staff members working. Once we got our food and looked at it the burger was extremely dry and burnt. The rest of the meal was decent. Then about 4 staff members walked in and stood at the counter while a man was waiting to place his order for at least 25 minutes. They blatantly ignored this man. He had to leave because no one was taking his order. Not even a minute later, a woman came into the restaurant after spending $30 in the drive thru missing multiple items from her order. As I walked out of the restaurant all the workers who were standing at the counter decided to ask us if we needed a job... I think that says enough about this place.

GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO SIT IN THE LINE FOR 40 MINUTES AND HAVE YOUR ORDER BE ENTIRELY WRONG!!!!!We were in line for over 20 minutes with maybe 3 cars behind us, we paid and waited at the window for over 15 minutes as we waited for our 2 milkshakes. 3 of the 5 people who were on the floor were on their phones or just messing around. The manager on shift doesn’t seem to care about drive thru times at all or about the attentiveness of the team members. And after 30+ minutes from start to finish both milkshakes were wrong but we couldn’t go inside to fix it because the lobby was closed and the thought of going through the drive thru again and sitting there for another half hour is infuriating. This should be unacceptable and the managers should be more active about fixing this.

I never take to writing negative reviews but lately this store has really went downhill fast. I spent fifteen minutes at the order speaker before ever getting to place my order. Once I received my food, the order was wrong. I ordered one sandwich! Found out when I went inside to get my order corrected why it took so long to place the order initially. The girl manning the drive-thru window was busy talking to her mom inside the store. Had to wait another ten minutes for them to prepare my order while the majority of the staff stood around chit chatting. I hope whoever is the CEO of this store takes a hard look at what's going on there or they will never make it with all the other restaurant options in that area. I used to be a fan. Very disappointed!!!
