I haven't had 5 guys in a while, so I decided to order them thru doordash. Delivery was $6-7! Ok, I didn't mind paying that, cause it's what I wanted. I got a hamburger (ketchup, mustard, mayo, lettuce, pickle, onion), and a small fry.My order came to me a half hour later. Took a bite, and noticed they didn't put mustard or ketchup on the burger! It's got me fuming as I spent $26 on a dinner that's missing stuff. Unacceptable! If I'm doling out big bucks to eat, I expect the food to be how I ordered it!Very disappointed, and will not go back for a long time.
Lol at the people who complain about the prices. The size, quantity, and quality of food is WELL worth it. Staff is always friendly. Not sure why people think restaurants and food service should give you everything for $6 or $7. It’s not 1990. The cost of everything, including the restaurant’s cost of goods, has gone up.
Great food. Good service. Very impressed to see what they pay there employees. I don't mind paying a little more when they are paying the employee well.
Four stars instead of five simply for pricing. Small burger and small fries was over $12.00. There's just no reason for that. YES it was delicious. YES there was a great quantity of fries. I think you can do that for $6.99. We'd be there once a week for lunch if so.
Great service, food and nice environment for under $30 per 2 Adults.
A little disappointed this time. Food was tasty and happy with that aspect. However they didn't get the order right. We asked for no onions on the burger and no mushrooms on the veggie sandwich. The reciept reflected our requests but not the food.
