This place is normally one of our “go to, favorite” mexican food spots but after last night’s experience it wont be our first choice any longer. We had a party of 5, we were seated fairly quick. Our waiter was an older gentleman and he was very inattentive and honestly kind of rude. He acted as if every trip to our table was a problem. When it came time to ordering, 4/5 of us ordered and one of our party was missing a page or two from their menu and was trying to find something familiar and the waiter walked away without the persons order, he attended other tables and kitchen orders then came back to take their order. We ordered cheese dip and got it the same time our food was brought out, one of our chicken Chimichanga dinners was ice cold inside the chimichanga. Upon telling the waiter he seemed irritated and as if it was a problem so we just kept the dish and only ate the rice and cream salad. There were no refills or offers to refill. He placed one of our adult meal which was a hot sizzling plate in front of a 1 year old instead of walking it around the table. Normally we can brush off a bad experience because its one of our favorites but this experience changed that. The lack of personal skills or professionalism he portrayed was obvious.
Good food, large portions, Smallish dining room, please wait until your entire party arrives before simply waiting at a table for an hour before ordering a thing, it's the right thing to do. Their food and service are worth the wait, don't forget a margarita!
This was my first visit for an early dinner. To drink I ordered a classic frozen margarita to drink which was excellent. I ordered a combination plate for dinner, which was delicious. Usually Mexican restaurants serve your food on a very hot plate but unfortunately my plate and the food was not very hot. The restaurant was busy so I decided to just eat my food as is. This won't prevent me from returning for a second time though.
This place has been in North Canton for years, always busy, the most friendly staff, the most delicious Mexican food, atmosphere is fun and inviting, great place all around! Can't go wrong with any item on their extensive menu!
Fast, Efficient Service and delicious food. Don't except foo foo Mexican. This is great food for good pricing. Just recently updated menu and raised prices, so take note as of March 1st. Love their Guacamole and Margaritas ?. Never had a bad meal here, REALLY. ????
It's been a few years since the last time I was here and I was looking forward to today's visit but it was disappointing. When we arrived, there was one car in the parking lot. We were seated right away and saw guests at one other table, so it's not like the staff was overwhelmed with customers.Just after we were seated, someone brought chips and salsa to the table and we asked for some cheese dip. A few minutes later, the waiter came to take our order and we told him that we had asked for the cheese dip so he would be sure to add it to the bill.Not long after, the waiter brought out the meals. Still no cheese dip. About a minute later the cheese dip arrived and shortly after that we got our water and soda. Exactly opposite of the way you would expect things to arrive.The staff was not very attentive during our visit. We could see several of them near the kitchen and register area, talking to each other but not looking toward the dining room. Other guests arrived and were seated but nobody checked to see how we were doing or if we needed anything. It was a challenge to get someone's attention to get a refill for a drink and again later when we wanted more chips.The food was good but nothing special. Not good enough to endure the poor service. It would be different if they were busy but the only thing the staff seemed to be busy with was each other.
Fantastic food, I wish the would open one in Hartville and get rid of MI Casa. The food is 3 times better and you don't have a nasty lady running the place. Referring to the owner of MI Casa.This place takes all Mexican restaurants coupons.
Delicious Food! Friendly and quick service. It is located in a nice, safe neighborhood. It has a neighborhood atmosphere.
The food was AMAZING! The portion was large enough for me to eat dinner, my boyfriend ate dinner and I had lunch the next day. Delicious!!!
The atmosphere is very family friendly and the service is perfect. We were seated right away, our drinks came quickly, our server was wonderful, and our food was delicious. The food looked and tasted amazing, with the serving size being more than filling. We will absolutely be back.
