This place is what it is. If you want decent coffee or breakfast sandwiches at a fairly reasonable price and feel like skipping the perpetually long Starbucks line, this is the place for you. Only drawback is that there always seems to be confusion between the workers during peak times. I understand being flustered during busy hours but better organization would probably help.
No Hi | No hello | No how are you todayNothing. They just look at you when you walk in and say absolutely nothing.Instead of a greeting, they roll their eyes as if you are a inconvenience to their day.At the very least you should tell a new customer walking in when your busy “Good morning! I’ll be right with you” Very easy to do.The sandwich I was finally able to order was ok, nothing special.The coffee was not drinkable for me. Just tasted like pure sugar and I don’t remember asking for 20 squirts of sugar. In fact - I wanted light sugar.I have now been reminded on why I stopped going to Dunkin Doughnuts to begin with.Such a shame.
Love this place they are fast and no long waits even when cars are wrapped around the building. Service is top notch.
Wanted to purchase 3 dozen donuts. Went in, and when I finally got waited on the young lady told me that you call in for large orders. I said I thought this was Dunkin Donuts? She replied it is. I said forget it and left. A local donut shop in Chillicothe I walk in and order 4 dozen, no problem, I pay leave tip and go about my day. I will not be back to Dunkin.
Ordered a hot Latte today and when we got to the drive thru my husband got his hot coffee. The lady at the drive thru said your iced latte will be right out. I said it should be a hot latte. Pulled out of the drive thru heading down Portage, took my first drink and it was ice cold. Nice job on an almost $5 cup of "hot" coffee! Soo disappointed!

2 winter blend coffees with cream and sugar were probably worth 3-4 stars but the hot chocolate was more like hot water with food coloring...absolutely awful.
I’m not sure what it is about this location. Whether it’s their machinery or just a different “recipe”, but their coffee is much more watered down than any other Dunkin location I’ve ever been to. Especially if you drink your coffee black, you’ll certainly be disappointed at this location. Make the drive to Shuffel. Ordered 4 times from here and same result each time.
Dunkin' Donuts has always been a favorite of mine. The store is very clean, the staff very friendly and the donuts, very good.
