Sweet Treats for that sweet tooth. The Workers can be very rude & messing up Orders.
I usually order thru the app & then pick up in the drive thru. They're pretty fast, even when the line is long. Coffee is good & strong.
Went through the drive thru yesterday. While sitting in line I was stopped in front of the back drive thru window. An employee was handling the ice with bare hands while texting at the same time. She would text on her phone, no gloves, then stop and grab the ice bucket with her bare hands and scoop ice from the ice machine into the ice cart to take up front to fill the ice machines up there. Ice was falling onto the outside of that plastic cart to wheel the ice up front. She was grabbing that ice off the top of that dirty plastic cart with her BARE HANDS AND FINGERS that she had just been using to text with on her filthy phone with and putting it in with the 'clean' ice. She then came back and busted open a large sleeve of drink cups with bare hands, no gloves. These people are dirty here. Not to mention their nasty attitudes when taking your order. The donuts I received were stale and they NEVER seem to be able to give you a receipt. I've been through there several times and they always have some issue with giving a receipt. I truly believe that is on purpose. I won't be back to this Dunkin' Donut or any other. I've reported this to their corporate headquarters and will also make Stark County Health Department aware. Their hands and fingers are not supposed to come into contact with any food, utensils, cups, counters, etc. while prepping, cooking, serving etc. I strongly suspect a lot of these five star reviews with NO comments are not authentic.
The gentleman that I just had an experience with, was phenomenal! Super bubbly, extremely helpful, and just overall and awesome customer service experience. Helped me indulge in my caramel craving with new products I haven't tried before and helped me get my cup as well. Definitely one of the best experiences I've had at a local Dunkin'!
I really like this location. This time their machine to make an iced Cappuccino was down, so had to settle for a latte, but it was still good. The girls here r always nice & helpful tho, very accommodating.
The two workers there this morning during the snow storm deserve awards. They took turns serving and shoveling people out of the parking lot and pushing cars uphill through the snow to keep things going. And there was no slow down in service. I've never been so impressed by my service. I think their names were David and Kai. Thank you guys! You're legit the best!
Okay so usually this place is pretty good. They make their caramel lattes really good, but lately their staff has been incredibly rude. I pull up to order. And there’s no word. I say “hello?” And they say “whenever you’re ready” *i order* and there’s no response. So I’m not sure if they got my order. I say again “hello?” And they say something like just the total… like maybe I’m not done ordering yet, I don’t even know if they cough my order. It’s usually pretty great service, but the last few times I came here, the staff has just been really rude.
I have been going here for some time. As of lately, the staff are a little rude and or not very professional. 12/6/21, I ordered a Vanilla Chai, (Medium Hot Vanilla Chai) to be exact. they heard my order and told me to proceed to the window. I pulled to the window and gave my card she ran it and then gave my card back and walked away from the window. Another girl came to the window and said she would check me out, but I said I already was checked out, waiting for my drink, so she walked away. The last girl who came to the window asked for my card, and I said, I already paid, just waiting for my drink. She looked at another coworker and the other coworker had said she never checked me out so asked for my card, (confused, she said it didnt go through.) so I gave her my card and she ran it the 2nd time and gave me my drink. I asked what the drink was to make sure the order was correct and she said, it was a french vanilla coffee. I ordered a Vanilla Chai. Later I found out I got charged twice on my card. Happy to say they lost a customer I wont be going there anymore.
I stop here on my way to work for donuts. They have some of the best.
I come to this location and often it's quite pleasurable but there are days where their staff is downright d*** like today. I stood in line being in front of the line with the workers looking at me and ignoring me until one finally took my order. I went to the other counter and I got a small white mocha hot chocolate and I stood there for another 5 minutes waiting for them to just grab it and as soon as one of the girls grabbed it she dropped it and then just handed me a small hot chocolate. Not what I payed for but I didn't have time to say anything.
