Ice cream was good but had freezer burn bits in it. Service was kind of rude. It was our first time going and it was overwhelming. The staff was not very friendly and made us feel like we had to rush with our decision. We were the only ones in there, so I don't know what the hurry was. Doubtful I will stop at this location again.

Pretty expensive for subpar products. Couldn't wait for ice cream cupcakes for my birthday. The picture looked so good. Unfortunately got them and they weren't very much like the photos online at all. Tasted good but looked like whoever was working today rushed them. It's a shame because I had their ice cream cake which looks like the pictures online.
Stopped in to try the new ice cream made with Silk almond milk…LOVED IT! The young man who was working was so kind and made my ice cream perfectly. I noticed a showcase of treats, that I’ll have to come back to enjoy on my next visit. They even have treats for your fur children so everyone can be happy!
Ice cream is very good but the prices have increased way too much. They've lost our business:(
I'm not sure its very known that they also sell giant caramel and candy covered apples here! Buy 3 get one free! Soooo good.( Just a tip : ask them to cut them for you... It makes them much easier to eat!) Only 4 stars because the inside temperature was uncomfortably hot
Cold Stone is our favorite place for ice cream indulgence. We always love whatever creation we choose but it’s definitely expensive for ice cream. Price is definitely subjective to your means but it’s fair to say it’s not a low cost option. All ice cream out is getting fairly high in price, imho. We still find it worth the price every time we go.
Entire room had funky smell.
I went to pick up my father's day cake and what a joke. I usually have a good experience here, but not this time. They must have been shirt staffed, short on supplies, and short in training because it showed. The cake was completely wrong. When we cut into it, it only got worse!!! Just look at the picture... Cake looks like a cracker, and the ice cream looks more like milk. I am so disappointed and disgusted with them.
This is probably the best tasting ice cream place around and I find it's no more expensive than what you'll pay anywhere else, especially for what you get. I'd go here every day if it didn't make me fat. :-)
