Visited Chuck E. Cheese on a Monday right as they opened. Obviously the place was very clean and ready to go! Every game was in good working order and Kyle at 3 had no issue at all doing his own thing. Service was great, food was great and the value for what we paid was definitely worth it. This was our first visit together; I have come to this location in years past with my nephew. For something to do on a rainy day or during winter months it's a perfect for fun and entertainment. My only drawback is the ticketing and prize system. I feel like it should be easier to get more tickets for better prizes. You'd really have to spend more money and more time to get better prizes. Otherwise our overall experience was great and we will return for more entertainment and fun overall!
They were friendly and helpful. Of course the pizza is expensive and not the highest quality but it was delivered to our table pretty quick and was nice and hot. They do still have parmesan cheese packets but you have to ask for them. They do not accept the old token coins anymore, nor do they give credit for them. I was bummed because the sketch booth was not working again. We try to always have one done of the two of us each time we are there, so it was disappointing.
Honestly very surprised! Haven't been here in ages and took my 1.5yr old and she loved it. Although they took out the jungle gym area, they did have plenty of things for her to ride and I love the pay by time and not by machine. The food wasn't really worth the money but I didn't expect much in the first place but I do plan to go back just to let my daughter run free and play. She had a blast

We had my daughter's 5th Birthday here, the total for 8 kids was $300. She had a blast and wants to come back. The only downside was how packed it was and how close they seat the parties together. Other than that it's worth the money because my daughter and guests had a great time!!
We were here for my nephews birthday party. The staff were attentive to all there for our group, did their very best to pump the excitement up for when Chuck E Cheese came out himself. The place was very clean, and to be honest, the pizza was pretty darn good!I like how did wrist bands for the kids to do games; how the bands activated the game as well as tracked their tickets for prizes. Less keeping track and holding onto a ton of printed tickets!First time attendee, and I'm impressed.
My children had an amazing times. Lots of games to choose from and very clean. The bathrooms were spotless and the staff was wonderful. I cant wait to take my kids again
Highly recommend. Way better than other Chuckee Cheese we've been too lately. Newer games. Good food. Friendly staff. Will be back!
It was fun, there was even a nice purple man in a yellow rabbit suit who took some kids to the back, I loved the cool fox pirate guy, some kid right after we left got his head bit, but that’s what you get for getting too close to fredbear.
