Tried this location a couple times and hoped for the best, but I don't think we'll return. I understand it's new, but staff here do not appear to be trained. The place is almost always out of everything by dinnertime, proteins are all overcooked and dry, and the servings are not measured right. Staff needs better training. But, hey, there's still Pulp next door.
I ordered a chicken bowl with white rice, pico, sour cream,cheese,queso and guac. I received steak with brown rice, no queso, no sour cream, no pico. And my bowl was literally 3/4 full. I could legit see the bottom of the bowl. And i paid 13 dollars for that:(
Whoever was working on May 7, at 8pm went above and beyond serving me. They filled my bowl the way it should be (they weren't skimpy like other locations) and the chicken was cooked to perfection. 99% of the time its never cooked the way it should be, it's usually a rubbery texture but out of all the years I've been getting Chipotle this was definitely the best chicken I've ever gotten there.
Went in on 5/22 around 6:30 and they were short staffed and busting their butts to get people in and out and they were doing a great job of it. I truly don’t know how they did it. I didn’t get their names but management should really give those girls a raise. Also my food was amazing the chicken was cooked to perfection!
Listen I get it’s a lot of young kids running the place. But you need to pay attention to your prices one day a steak and cheese burrito at $7 and something one day $8 and the next day is $10 they need to pay attention and get that price is right. I have someone who gets a steak and cheese burrito on a regular basis and the price is always different! And nobody wants to wait around to get their card refunded it’s ridiculous $22 for a small chip small queso burrito with steak and cheese and a chicken bowl with three items?
This Chipotle is in a great location, near Washington Square and right across the street from Walsh University. The building is clean and the employees were quick. Usually not a Chipotle fan but I will definitely be coming back to this one.
The staff is always friendly even in the crazy rushes! They food is always hot and tastes great! Even when they are holding in food the employees are always polite and friendly. Great place. Great staff. Great food. Every chipotle should be like this!!
We ordered online. The new Chipotle on Market has a drive thru to pick up your order. Absolutely Great! We love Chipotle. I especially like the Veggie Bowl.
Second and last time at this location, paid for large guac and chips large guac is half full. The order had multiple items wrong or missing items, you would figure it would be fairly easy to follow an online order. Corporate need to send someone to retrain the entire staff.
Went to this location around 6pm. They gave very small portions, probably the smallest of any chipotle I have been to. Once they wrapped my burrito I had to wait 4 minutes before they checked me out because the person went back to the beginning of the line to make other orders. Probably short staffed but for a $13 burrito and drink I expect more than a teaspoon of steak.
