I've always enjoyed Bob's, it's a a part of Americana...this location was clean, inviting and well staffed. Our waitress Maryanne was very pleasant and attentive. The food (as usual) was delicious, I got a chicken dish and my girl got steak & eggs with appetizers of new little cinnamon bun Biscuit dipper things. Again I say the staff were all polite and professional which is very refreshing and assuring considering the times we're living in. I'd recommend this Bob Evans
I really my best not to complain about service industry but there are a few tells that are very offputting to anyone who’s been a line cook, server “Careful this plate is very hot” = I forgot about your food it’s been sitting under a heat lamp for the past 20 Minutes “ Also your child’s plate is just as hot “= I care more about getting to my next table than asking the kitchen to replate the food I let sit in the window for the past 20 min but good luck with that cuz I really could care less if your kid gets burned “Would u like anything else?”( while walking away not even waiting for an answer meanwhile my cup has sat empty for the entirety of the meal) also not waiting for a response Drops check off before offering dessert= not even trying to upsell I could honestly care less how fast You are if u never take time to genuinely check with your tables and see the obvious clues of steps of service. Great way to show your customers a good Father’s Day Empty cup= needs a refill
Bob Evans has gone down hill. The waiters are kind, the food is awful. So sad to see such a great restaurant go to pot. I pray it's just this location.
Very small portions. Order was not complete. Ordered banana bread. Wasn't with meal. No bread with the order.was disappointed.
We ordered ahead and picked up a family dinner! It was ready on time and the staff was super!! If you like Bob Evans this was the way to go!
Great food and great waitress.
Went in for dessert. The Apple pie and got chocolate was really good. The server was good. Glad we went.

Stopped for breakfast early as they opened good tasty food every one working was happy friendly good experience recommend and will go back
