Went to BJ's last night with some friends. We were a large party (7) and were told that there would be a 20 minute wait. No problem as a couple of people weren't there yet. We were seated in about 10 minutes. Our server took drink orders and served in a timely manner. I was disappointed about not having Coke products available and so BJ's lost revenue on that. One of our diners was in a great hurry and his dinner salad came out in record time but the bill took a while. But he was OK with all that. Some of our diners had regular entrees and some had just appetizers (which are WAY WAY OVERPRICED for factory prepared food). Seriously? $5.95 for chips and "homemade" guacamole? For the 8oz (one cup) serving it was mostly onions. It was also somewhat on the brown side so it was NOT freshly prepared. This diner ordered a Brewhouse burger without the normal RED onions and with A-1 sauce on the side plus endless fries. It was BJ's Wednesday special for $10 (normally $15.95). I watched the server put in the NO onions order. BUT- when the burger came after a while it was served WITH onions. Awww, you say, just take them off. Well you can take RED onions off but the taste remains. The fries? They'd been sitting there a while. And, of course, there was a ramakin of ketchup, no A-1. I had to ask for the A-1 again. When I looked at the burger with the onions I asked the server to correct the problem and she said she'd have a new burger made. So I sat there for as long as it took our slowest eater to eat his entire entree. I ate the fries because I was hungry. After about 15 minutes I told the server to just take the burger off my bill because it was taking so long and everyone else was almost finished. Oh! It was on the way she said. And she then went back to the kitchen and got the burger- no fresh fries. I had ordered the burger "medium" which, in restaurant parlance, means mostly cooked with a little pink in the middle. Part of it was flat out raw. Although I didn't get charged for the burger and piddly amount of fries I know that if I had paid the normal $15.95 I would have been really urinated. Will I go back? Unfortunately so- because I don't always pick our dinner spot on Wednesday night.

My boyfriend and I were on the receiving end of a biased hostess’s inappropriate behavior. We were the only two African American guest sin your bar area during my visit. She did not provide us with menus, silver ware or a clean table. She stated it was a self seat area. We were there for 2 hours and watched her seat 4 non minority tables of guest providing then with menus silverware and a clean table. My tab was $96.17 (not including my 20% tip. Yes, I still tipped) which means I supported your establishment just like your non minority guest. So, why was my experience vastly different. This is not acceptable, she needs unconscious bias training. I’m very disappointed and saddened by this demeaning experience as I frequent your establishment on a regular basis and deserve better treatment than this. As do ALL of your patrons.
I was there for the first time today. Had the oven baked salmon with champagne and lemon sauce with rice and broccoli. Amazing!! And our waitress Monica was absolutely perfect!! Will be back many times!! Thanks for a great experience!!
My Daughter's Father and I went here for lunch today and we had a good time (as usual) .... The food was definitely a treat, very good. (Only thing that stood out like a soar thumb was the doors in the middle, omg, they were nasty, like those windows/doors has never seen soap and water .... Window cleaner or anything please please clean those)
Terrible customer service. My child ordered chicken tenders and when they came she claimed they tasted funny. After trying a bite, they def tasted like fish. When I asked the waiter, he claimed they fry the chicken and the fish in the same oil. Thank god she doesn’t have an allergy but let that be a lesson to anyone who might! Do not go here!
Food for table arrived at separate times for each of us for our main dishes Server didn’t check on us until we were almost done eating First timers for a birthday , not sure if we’ll go back anytime soon
Everything was great except my asparagus was not seasoned and did not have any olive oil or butter on it. Would definitely go back again.
The service and food was exceptional. So many choices and a great beer selection also
