I'm not usually one to leave a bad review but this rubbed me the wrong way. I ordered a steak medium rare and said to the woman taking my order that I would like it more on the rare side please and she said okay. Got my food took it home cut into my steak to find it well done. No pink at all. Was like chewing rubber. I call to ask how this happened and was told that they would send me coupons in the mail. Acted like they did not care whatsoever. Would not recommend the steak there. Wish their employees tried harder with the customers as well.
Great place. I got the oriental chicken salad crispy and the french onion soup. When I got the salad the chicken was dry and cold and the soup was amazing but the server kush got the manager and they gave me fresh chicken for my salad and even took 10 percent off my bill and comped my drink. The manager even came to our table and chatted with us for a bit. I will definitely keep going there.
Wanted to give this feedback. Was stuck there for an additional hour and a half, the kiosk on the table didn't take me and my friend's money fully and said we owed when we didn't? The manager luckily fixed it after waiting there but the waitress for our table forgot both my drink and the boxes when asked several times.
Dinner was excellent. Pasta and grill chicken, hamburger tortilla, the chicken wings were boneless and a great special. Everything was very good and the service was great. We didn't have to wait long at all. We'll be back!
Came in and had a drink and some half off apps. I sat at the bar. Food was good. The bartender Mel went above and beyond. She was great. I will definitely return. Thank you for your wonderful service!
Awesome staff was cool as hell place was busy as hell also but the staff kept up with it no problem our waitress was awesome totally on spot with our orders and speed of food getting to table was pretty good overall not to bad.
Love the food but the guy with a pony tail up front told us we couldn’t have a big round table because it was reserved. Then when we said “you said you can’t make reservations” he said oh ok and walked away. It took the manager to walk over to get us seated at the table he said was reserved.
We ducked into Applebee's for dessert, not knowing what they had because it was after 8:00pm. They didn't have a lot of choice at all. They did serve us the brownies and they were good. The coffee was good, too. Server was kind and prompt.
I always love Applebees. They have great food and great drinks. There is always something for everyone. This is one of the better chain restaurants in the area.
I love their wraps. They are really good and definitely filling. Always a favorite place to eat from
