Came in around 9pm. Cold fries and rubbery chicken with missing items from my sandwich. The staff wasn't concerned with the quality of the product and voiced it to each other loud enough I could hear it clearly. The wait time was about 10 minutes and I was the only person in the dining room. Store was a mess. Items left about and stations were empty. Employee was more concerned with his phone than restocking so I opened the items and got what I needed myself.
We usually come here for lunch or dinner to take home after visiting Wilson's Garden Center. Every time we come the drive thru is SUPER SLOW! But today we didn't get waited on in the drive thru at all! We waited for almost half hour! Other people were leaving because they got tired of waiting! So we left too and got KFC for dinner. You guys need to get it together.
Not actually open at 6:30 am, I've tried 4 different times now and the employees are just in there talking, drive through lights off. What's the point of being misleading about your hours? If you're not serving at 6:30 then change your hours and stop lying to people, ridiculous
Food good..service sucks...have to keep repeating orders at drive thru because of a computer issue...they forget to give you all the food you order... corporate office does not return calls when you leave a message for a complaint...some food item not assembled as ordered...they forgot my bacon on my cheese bacon potato
Went for breakfast at 6:45 a.m. but nobody took my order. Says they open up at 6:30 a.m. This is not the first time this has happened.
How is it you guys always forget to put something in my order when it’s late and I’m the only car in the drive through. ?♂️ And it’s never wrong when your busy.
Slow service this facility needs more workers ASAP and food needs to get out quick and be hot and fresh
I use to try to stop here everyday before work (2:30pm) but I can't keep spending 20 minutes in the drive thru. And that's if there's only one car in front of me in line.
Horrible service. Horribly dirty employees. And what you can't see in the pic is that he is vaping in the store as well. Messed up our orders. However the food we did get was perfectly cooked.
you have someone doing drive-thru who can't do two things at once. So people wait 30 minutes to get food when it's supposed to be fast food. some people only have 30 minutes for lunch.
