I placed an order on the mobile app last night and it accepted my order and deducted the payment. When we made it to Wendy's the manager said that they aren't connected to to app and I had to order my food again and pay for it the second time. My husband asked why we had to pay for it the second time and then they refused to help us out and explain how to cancel the order on the app and get a refund.So today I called the restaurant and explained after all that they messed up our sandwiches. They weren't made correctly and by the time we got home which is 5 minutes away our french fries was cold. So when we called we talked to Tim. Tim (manager) replaced our sandwiches and french fries without a hassle. We are so thankful that Tim does work there. We have just a couple issues with our food but when we talked to Tim he had no problem replacing the food and he gives us 5 star service. We will continue to go to this Wendy's as long as we get better service than not. We usually go to Wendy's at least once a week if not twice. Thank you.
Today we had to go back 4 times "i will check my order before leaving any drive through after this" the first time they didn't give us my sandwich honest mistake. Called and told them we'd be back. Get home again... not even the right sandwich. So call and tell them this will be the third time coming through to get the right thing... still wrong the employee hangs up on me when I asked for a manager. So get back for the 4th time! The manager says yea idk what happend okay I kind of get that her word over mine. Then while I'm inside waiting on it to be re made I hear whoever is making the sandwiches loudly expresses how annoyed he is about it. My experience today was ridiculous and I will drive the extra distance from now on to avoid going to this location all together.
Their employees work hard and long hours. They do a really good job of getting your order correct on 21st Street. Also giving you plastic cutlery and napkins, ketchup, etc.
Wendy doors unlocked I walk in the girl standing at counter resummed to tell me lobby is closed. my order sitting behind her instead of giving it to me she tells again lobby is closed so had to go through drive thru. while sitting in drive thru a young family of 7 walks in and they don't leave they wait on them I decided to walk back in and as I was walking to door they locked it. So I guess as long as you have a big family and your younger they will take care of you but if your older they deny you. This place makes no since. 30 min to wait on 4 vehicles.
waited in line 10 minutes inside while cashier made french fries, chicken nuggets, and drinks for the drive thru. Do not plan on eating inside at this location. As you see they do not care, Or respond to reviews.
I wanted to have a sit down meal with my son only day I have off and apparently we can't go in the inside yet still thought this was to be a family oriented place sad because me and my son love the food but I'm not eating it in my car and waiting in that drive thru . We went to Bob Evans and had a great time .
Every single Wendy’s in the area is awful. None get your order right, none are fast, and none are open on the inside to return orders. Go to any other fast food place
It's always a project to go to this Wendy's. The line was incredibly slow - tonight's wait was 50 minutes despite ordering ahead. They are incredibly understaffed, which is a shame. Leaving one teenager to run an entire store is not okay, and it's a shame that the management doesn't care enough about their employees. This restaurant proves time and time again why it's easier to just go to a different restaurant like Taco Bell.
Drive thru is always slow. But we always decide to give them another chance. And they mess up our order every single time we have gone there. Got the salad, no apples and blue cheese crumble on the salad. The chicken nuggets and fries taste so dry like they had been sitting out all day and got reheated in a microwave. We couldn't eat them and we ordered sauce but never got any. Ordered a burger and it's the wrong burger. Not worth it anymore. I'm over it.
Hamburgers were dry, overcooked. They changed the buns, which didn't hold up like the old buns. The sizes of the Frostys have changed too. A small now was what use to be a kid's size (junior). At least the fries were good. Will most likely never go back to Wendy's. Which is a shame.
