Most of the people that work here have horrible attitudes. I feel like they just make the drinks however they want. A girl made my drink incorrectly (it was missing 2 ingredients) and she rolled her eyes and said it tasted better without it. They weren’t even busy when she did that, she literally made it incorrectly on purpose. If I order something I want what I ordered.

Rude, very rude drive threw, hair in food please do not go there is a much better option just next door where you won't be treated like you shouldn't be there.

Food was awful and ordered 20 multi pack Tim it's for my kids they gave me all 20 the same flavor (plain) sandwich was poorly made very disappointed!

My boss went to the drive thru...worst customer service...all three of them...when she doubled checked the order they were rude about it...I didn't receive my tomato on my belt...that they so rudely declared they had the order....the food and service was terrible

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! The woman was upset with me because I was looking at the menu too long but not even a minute had passed. It happened 12/17/21 at noon. The woman needs fired or wrote up.

They were out of buns for the chicken salad so they gave me a croissant and an apology. As far as I'm concerned, it was a free upgrade and they should just switch to the croissant over the ciabotta. Best chain chicken salad I've had in a while.

I’ve given this location multiple opportunities but something is literally always messed up. I recommend going to river road next door. Way better experience.

Coffee was hot and fresh. Line moved very fast thanks for keeping it moving

Asked for unsweetened tea and specified that, yet still got a sweet tea. I’m a diabetic, are you trying to kill me?

Work on customer service skills. Also make sure the customer has everything that you would need if you were the customer. Then do not yell out the window at the customer for holding up your drive thru line. When if the customer had there needs met they wouldn't have to be doing your job, and holding your line up. Examples: searching for a napkin (not gave), putting the sleeve on hot drinks (had to ask for a sleeve).
