Got carry out tonight. 2 meals of full rack of ribs. Ribs were good, however the baked potatoes were old, cold and brown inside. Was not able to eat them. Very disappointed.
My favorite place to take the family. 9 times out of 10 you get great service, and the steaks are always good!
Me and my husband had dinner here earlier today. Food is always fresh and delicious. Service is always fast and friendly. But tonight was extra special, because bartender Heather was our server. She’s amazing, and treated us like family. The pork chops were tender and juicy. Thanks to Heather for recommending them, and for making our dinner so enjoyable. Texas Roadhouse Grill is lucky to have her.

Ordered 3 meals one meal the baked potato was paid for but not provided. Tried to call in have up after 15 minutes. Only way to prevent in the future is to check order before driving away.
Never have I had such bad food at this location. 1st. my steak and my sons shrimp was burnt. They brought new shrimp and my sons steak. After he took a couple bites he found a hair cooked in the mushrooms.They finally bring my steak and it is so raw I had to send it back. After 25 minutes they bring mine back out and it is still raw. They bring my son his steak out without hair this time but it is too raw to eat. We decided to bring them home and cook ourselves. The manager was of no use. She was rude and instead of comping this meal as she should, she deducted 25.00. I managed a lot of restaurants in my day, and if your cooks had long beard’s, they either braided them or netted them. I never would have good customers leave so unhappy. The only good part of the meal was our server Lexi.

Texas roadhouse is always good. You can't really complain too much. Their menu is pretty well stacked. You can't go wrong with a well seasoned steak, or maybe steak isn't your thing. That's fine too, grab a burger with a side of loaded steak fries. More of a chicken fan? That's perfectly fine. Get the chicken critters they're always good. Everything is at or above expectation and the drinks are fantastic.Service is always warm and welcoming. The servers are always nice and treat you as best they can.
Loved the food! Our waitress however was the rudest woman I have ever been served by. She just kept walking right by and ignoring us. She never stopped to even say she would get to it when she could or anything. Just blatantly ignored everything. I would never think that a waitress would be that rude and uncaring. Usually at a nice restaurant you can expect better service, especially for the prices there.
