Frustrated. Went through the drive thru earlier today and ordered a box and 8 other items of food. Got home to realize the huge bag they gave me was the wrong order and only had 4 items in it. I called the store and spoke to the manager, Tiffany, who immediately apologized and said they gave us the wrong order by accident. She asked if I could come back and they would correct it. I told her I was 25 minutes away and really didn’t want to make trip again so she told me next time I came by to let them know what happened and that I spoke to Tiffany and they would replace the order. I thought zero chance that would remember this so I asked my mother in law who happened to be in town to go and pick it up.She told them what happened and the EXACT order and they gave her so much grief about it and made her feel as if she was lying. This couldn’t have been more than 2 hours from when I was there.Very annoyed how she was treated and thankful I didn’t wait a couple days because I can only imagine the grief I would’ve received.
cashier Kylie is in training but is very eager to help anybody out and trying very hard to learn her job we need more of the younger generation trying to work hard I will definitely be back to 21st Street Taco Bell
Line is almost always SUPER Long.But last time I was there they were super nice to me and food was great.I was informed that you are a abe to eat inside now.
The food is always great sometimes it's cool but I think that's when they handed out but it always makes you have diarrhea for some reason after you eat it
Just once I would like to to get my complete order from this place, just once. Only ordered 2 chalupa boxes and what did I get? 2 hard tacos one chalupa and a burrito. ????
The only thing consistant with this location is the inconsistency. No matter how simple you make your order they will make it wrong. Weeks to months in between ordering here & no matter, they never fail to dissappoint me. The joke on 21st. I'm normally not one to make a big deal but literally my family's last 12 visits to this location have been trash. It's really not that hard to not put lettuce on an entire order. Or make sure meat actually gets into the requested item like it should. Doesn't matteer if its 2 tacos or 10. THEY WILL MESS THE WHOLE THING UP.
Rarely get to go because the line is always out to the road. I think this location needs a bigger spot. It is hard to get out of this location also. Food is always good and usually accurate when I do go though.
Always love Taco Bell. I usually hit the drive-thru after 11:30 pm when I get off work. The line is usually pretty long. But the wait was worth it. The food was hot and fresh. And the service was outstanding. I really enjoyed the stuffed burritos. I guess the only thing I wish Taco Bell would change or add to their menu is coke products.
Started working near this location and have gone twice. First time was moderately disappointing, second time was TERRIBLE. Both times took over 20 min to get through the drive through line, but I could have let that slide if it wasn't for the food... I've never seen so much grease in my life.. The steak in my Chalupa was rubbery and slimy. The beef in my Cheesy Gordita Crunch and Doritos Loco Taco were like greasy sludge that made the tortillas soggy and gross. I threw every item out. Staff was very polite though...
Great food. Really nice people working this time i was pleasantly surprised. Very polite and one of the ladies working was really good looking too! That never hurts in any situation but their positive attitude was by far the best ive seen at this, or any location for that matter, in a very long time.
