Person at Starbucks wasn’t nice. Talked rude.gave rude looks when waiting for drink. Over all wasn’t a good experience. I’ve had a really nice to people at that Starbucks but this one person

Please don’t be in customer service if you’re going to be mean and rude. I asked the older lady working who handed me my drink if she could sprinkle some chocolate on top of my drink (because it’s supposed to come on there in the first place). She looked at me like “are you serious” then put the topping on slid my drink to me then threw a straw at me. I was polite the entire time even said thank you she just rolled her eyes at me and didn’t say word. Awful customer service.
Experience is really dependent on who is your barista. Could be a 1, could be a 5. The location inside of Kroger is convenient

Wow! Have rarely been treated so rudely at any establishment. I asked if they had the reusable holiday cups and was told, "I have no idea what you're talking about." She added (while waving her arms expansively), "This store is FILLED with reusable cups!" Stunned, I repeated my request and was told yes, they did, but (again, and again with arm motions), that they were FILLED with reusable cups. It was as though she was intentionally trying to embarrass me for not being a regular who knew the correct terminology. Apparently, I was supposed to mention "red" cups. I don't understand the reasoning behind this kind of treatment of a customer and don't want to return to be treated poorly again. Bad way to start a day.
