So I got the food I ordered the bundle deal and I used the coupon I had. Well the dasher just gave me my food but my 1 milkshake wasn't here. She was informed the milkshake machine was down but did not give her a free drink for me not even a cup or ice. I'm very let down as to the milkshake was the main thing I wanted. I got charged for it and all. How do I get my money back for not receiving a large shake or comp for it
Horrible experience tonight 3/10/22. I asked for no pickles allergic and they put 3 on my sandwich and my hot dog looked like it had been scooped up off the floor and thrown in the styrofoam container. I tried to call and ask to speak to the manager and no answer.
For a doordash driver to pick up order it takes longer then the normal time and the service sucks do you need better employees be on top of things
Rally's is the Pinnacle of fast food, and this lovely gem is no different. Just a few blocks from the Wal-Mart the kills old ladies in its parking lot and not far from the failed K-Mart and a Rooster's where there used to be some tax-dodging Mennonites in a restaurant with THE best fresh bread, this Rally's is where you go when you just want some great food at a great price and then get the doublefukk outta dodge. 10/10 then 0-60
Don't go here. I have never waited on an order more than 35 minutes from any restaurant. so if you are going to make a door dash order, please don't make it here.
The current manager truly impressed me today. Very friendly and helpful. I have avoided this location for months. Food was hot and fresh with no wait time. After today's visit and the pleasant experience, I will be back soon.
They screwed up my order... BUT I called in that same night and... The manager was apologetic, friendly, and fixed their mistake! I received what I ordered the next night for free for their error with no problem.
I like Rally's food a lot but when you pull in a Drive-Thru and you get to the menu board and they say card only and I only have cash on me at the moment you can't even get out of the drive-thru they should fix it somehow and remove the cement thing. Or they need to put a sign up somewhere out there so people don't get stuck and have to sit here for 10-15 minutes with four cars in front of them
The young lady that took my order and gave me my food was so personable and helpful. I think her name was Zoey . Rally's could use more employees like Her. I will most definitely be back.
The slowest service of any Rally's ive been to. The staff is very rude and most of the time they say there shake machine don't work. Don't even bother going to the walk up window! Yesterday I stood there for 20 minutes and finally they took my order....It took another 15 minutes just to get a few hot dogs and fries.you can tell who the employees and managers are in the reviews. There the only ones giving good reviews ?
