They did excellent on delivery time, but they smashed the pizza and burnt the breadsticks. I don't like my breadsticks too be a dark coffee color. The driver crammed the entire order into 1 bag, including the cold drinks. Everything but the drinks were smashed. Putting cold drinks on top of bread and pizza to the point it folded the pizza box.. but I did actually get everything I ordered, so 2 stars and they both go to the inside.
Some lady ancered the phone and was very rude. She told me to order on line and put some app on my phone to do it. So inconvrnt and she should of been nice about it. Never buying pizza hut again. Pappa Johns is better and they are nice to people.
Best pizza in town that delivers. Consistent pizza & never had any issues that the manager hasn’t fixed. Prices are steady (better than paying $20 for 1 pizza like other places that don’t taste as good). If I wanted gourmet pizza, I’d get off my butt and go get it myself lol so this Pizza Hut is my go to ?
Food was great this time, and the driver remembered to bring the 2 l as well as all the side cups of ranch. I will be ordering from them again
The order was cancelled because I guess they closed at 9 and were out if dough. The girl called and was nice. She said my money would be refunded.
It took 2 hours from the initial order to get our pizza. After the pizza failed to arrive by the estimated time in the tracker, we had to call the local site only to find out that the subbed out our delivery to door dash? We received no updates in the tracker, no emails or notifications to tell us they pizza would be late. Upon receipt 2 hours after order we had to reheat the pizza ourselves to consume a "hot" pizza. Really disappointing!
The pizza took 113 min to get here which I was ok with but we got the wrong pizza. I ordered a pepperoni and a Supreme. We got a pepperoni and a half cheese/half pepp.
Tried to order ,hung up on 3times, went on line and ordered,go to pick it up and wasn't even in the oven on our schedule pu time, now waiting 1/2 hour past and still no Pizza. Very poor customer service, won't be in business much longer
Even when the crew had 200+ orders for NYE they still kept a great pace and friendly face! Plus the food was so good!
Getting my order correct and delivering it all when it is warm. Two nights in a row part of my order was forgotten. And then I had cold food by the time it was dropped back off. Called and complained and nothing was done. Unacceptable
