I was visiting my grandmother a week ago and my littles love McDonald’s and this is the closest one around my grandmother’s house, so this mom has no choice. But as soon as we walked in, this older lady yelled at my kids for walking on the wet floor, even tho there was no sign up and the floor was wet where they walked. I again saw that old lady about to serve someone’s tray to them and she COUGHED all over that meal, and still handed it over!! Needless to say, I scooped my babies up and we found the next McDonald’s that was a little further, because GROSS. If this lady coughed on one order, who’s to say she hasn’t done it over and over again?! Completely disgusting and she should be fired!!! Worst McDonald’s visit ever! ???
Paid for two kids meals , mcchicken ,a fish sandwich, two fries and two drinks tell me why it’s so hard for them to make sure everything’s there paid for all of it to end up without the juices and without the extra fry as well pick up your slack or let them go since they don’t know how to check a bag of when everything is right infront of them what do you hire a bunch of little kids
Best service I've seen in a while. They are also looking for help if anyone needs a job. Fast pace for anyone who hates slow go nowhere and they are overall friendly people to work with and I'm not even working there. I just see it LoL ?
It was awful ordered by app. They couldn't bring up my order, then I had to wait to get order. I waited over 20 min. The only good thing, I received my order for free.
Reading some of the older reviews, I'm guessing this location took measures to do better because this is the best McDonald's I've ever been to. Food is always delicious.
What can I say.. its fast food and for me I say no no no.... but this Mackie D is like the rest of the chain... nothing special about it... I hardly ever eat fast food but when I do I go to Wendy's. They at least serve beef raised in the USA and is lean and never frozen. Wendy's also has great salads too.
everytime I go here after 11 pm theres always some kind of excuse they have as 2 why there not taking orders temporarily..but it's happened 3 diff times..this week alone. please get it together guys your the only restraint intown that's open 24 hrs
Store hours indicate this location is open 24 hours but it is not. Unless you order door dash and get charged more for everything, you're out of luck.
Service has gotten even worse since covid. Service is slow. They keep charging for a large biscuit and gravy, but sending out small. When heading to work people don't have time to go back through and have them correct it and shouldn't have to!
I went to McDonald’s on 21st street Newark on 01/12/22. I placed a simple curbside pickup for 6 sandwiches and a large fry. After waiting about 15 minutes at curbside for my order, an employee brought me a bag with 4 sandwiches (all 4 Non fresh and Luke warm) and a large fry that was also Luke warm! I pull through the drive through thinking I’m going to get my order fixed and when I explain to the lady in the drive through what happened, her first response was ( oh okay so do you want a refund!!! I was so annoyed at the fact that she didn’t even offer to fix or replace the order!!! She just said do you want a refund. Customer service at these places are getting so bad, but they are hiring kids And people who just do not care how they speak to people or treat them. I understand that this is just McDonald’s but customer service is important at all places dealing with the public… Now 1st shift at this specific store are incredible ? Night shift definitely needs training on how to treat people!
