Ordered a PLAIN CB got a half eatin HB! I live 20 min away and my 4 year old wasn’t pleased
don't order doordash or any delivery service from here they always tell us dashers they don't have your order service is also suuuppeerrr slow waited a hour in line to be told they haven't had any doordash orders all day
This McDonald's is the worst. A worker practically threw my food at me. I called cooperate to complain they said they would follow up and never did. I was there for a replacement order and they still got my food wrong! Never was offered any type of food for my terrible experience and never got my food the correct way like I paid for it smfh. Carl Catsco was great though, great personality and very friendly.
Not happy with this one. They messed up my order by not adding in the fries of my large combo. Returned to the place within a a minute to only get no one to correct the order. Also the burger patties for my "meal combo" are hard as a hockey puck. Only thing that was edible was the fish but even then it tasted like the oil wasn't changed. Do yourself a favor and just go to a different McDonald's to avoid a hassle. Also on a side note, there was only three vehicles in line including me. So it isn't like they we're in a bind.
Used to park here anytime I was getting a tattoo or piercing at the nearby parlor and would stop in to at least be a customer. They got the food right maybe 40% of the time. This morning my fiancée went to get breakfast and the coffee tastes like hot dirty water. No coffee taste, just gross.
came here at midnight on a saturday night, there was only one lady working but ON GOD she put her whole mf mcdussy in our order. she was the epitome of perseverance, patience, and virtue. those chicken mcnuggets tasted better than i imagine gordon ramsey’s beef wellington; they were utterly delectable beyond my vocabulary. out of our $38 order, she didn't miss a thing, thus including my happy meal with sweet and sour sauce or one of my friend’s 4 mcchickens. she also hit me with extra fries which were TRULY hot and crispy (L wendy’s). but the moral of the story is this lady should be the ceo of mcdonald’s. union st mcdonald’s, give her a raise or even a promotion. god is saving a special spot for her in heaven.
Service here is terrible at night. Maybe its a MAJOR staffing issue. But its been this way for years. They take one drive through order. Complete it. Then take the next. I waited 45 minutes for food on a Tuesday night.
The line is always terrible and it's always long and they always skip out on food that you order. I would have to say that mainly the cashiers in the first window are always through the customers and the cashiers at the second window are always picking up their slack. I would highly recommend the management of McDonald's to redirect their cashiers and have a prep talk with them because at the rate they're at they're going to have to remake a lot of orders and refund them
I recently left a nasty review about this McDonald’s, idk why but I went back tonight because my kids were hungry and they were surprisingly not too busy! When I got through the line the GM Megan was working at 10 in the evening and every single item in my bag was fresh… Megan has to be the best representation of customer service that I have ever seen and tonight was legit such a pleasant experience…
I drove 20 minutes to get dinner and they started doing breakfast an hour early. People who work nights and get off late want dinner food. Not syup and pancakes. I know far more people getting off at 3am than going to get breakfast
