This location is the only one around the Newark/Heath area, they are typically extremely busy! If you go in and are an observant person you can clearly see they are doing the best they can! I have personally witnessed customers who were just outright rude to them. I have ordered a hot and ready pizza and had to wait 25 minutes. But with how much business they do they do a great job.
Probably one of the best little ceasers around when it comes to how they treat their customers. It was raining and we ordered extra cheese so had a 15 minute wait but they made up for it by bringing our pizza and bread sticks to the car. I live in Columbus and the stores out here do not care about the customers. I'd almost gladly drive to Newark just for their service.
The last few times i've been here have been horrible. Can only do Pepperoni, nothing else, no crazy bread, only pepperoni pizza, ... Today, Walk in, Warmer empty, 1 car in parking lot, crew standing around, only to be told 45 minute wait on pizza.. Are you serious? Takes about 16 min to bake a pizza, why do i need to wait 45 minutes when there is no one else waiting? Thanks but no thanks, I'll take my business to Marcos...
Let's start with the good: the food tastes good for a very reasonable price. Pretty much everything else is bad about this location. It is consistently understaffed, the food is always late (especially on weekend evenings), and there is always 6+ people waiting on the inside for their food while nothing gets made. The parking lot is arguably the worst part about the establishment; there is no room to move, and it's not in the greatest location. Also, I've seen the employees range from apathetic to having full-on mental breakdowns. You never know what it is going to look like, and that's not a good thing for an eating establishment. If you can accept going through hell to get your pizza, you can enjoy a nice cheap meal for the family. I'll let you decide if it's worth the hassle (especially considering Domino's and Pizza Hut are right up the street).
Crazy bread is always barely cooked when I get it here, Pizza tastes like cardboard with sauce on it, used to be a good place to come and get a cheap pizza but its not worth my time anymore. Honestly wont be returning.
Last 3 times I was there we had to wait 15 to 20 minutes in the car for a supposed hot and ready pizza, not so sure I'll go back
Food was good but I was told 20 mins and when I arrived I had to wait another 30.
Always have to wait for my order unless I use the app to pre-order... still my order is right and the food is good.
This is the SECOND day in a row I have tried to get a pizza here and been told I have to WAIT. Anywhere else I wouldn't care but your slogan is HOT N READY. Well your pizza is neither hot nor ready. It's not like I want anything special either, just a classic pepperoni pizza. I'd give zero stars if I could.
I walked into this establishment that I frequent and to my dismay it was the usual. Mold everywhere and smells of teen spirit, not the good kind either. To make it worse the employee named Avery jumped over the counter and beat my head on the pizza case for even insinuating that their pizzas aren't "hot and ready". For shame. Ultimately he had a charm that I can't quite place so I can't give 0 stars.
