Nicest gentleman working there the lady at the window was just as pleasing thank you so much we go there from South Zanesville to get their famous chicken livers for my mother

Your bus driver4 you.Well folks Lee's famous chicken. Not something that comes right to mind.But I said let me check it out. So I went over and placed my order by order and they said they had something called the famous chicken, And spicy chicken , So I said let me check it out .I guess I'm kind of a chicken expert.So folks I ordered some chicken some green beans coastlaw and macaroni and cheese. I'm the kind of person that doesn't like greasy chicken.But this chicken was great Krispy had flavor And last but not at least not greasy.The vegetables were fresh and had flavor so I was presently surprised. Everybody's heard of KFCSo I guess although Lee's famous chicken on my it was chicken on my bucket list to return. So folks oh folks check it out. It was great.

I was so hungry for chicken livers so while I was in Newark I decided to go through the drive through and get livers to bring home.Andrew was so nice, she was so sweet and polite. I have never been treated so kind at a fast food/drive through that I can ever remember. The livers were excellent. Mt. Vernon had no place that sells livers.

Very rude workers. Said I couldn’t order just one kind of chicken. And that I had to mix up the chicken pieces. Plus a senior citizen I take care of tried to call in a order and they yelled at her and told she can’t call in a order. She doesn’t have internet so she couldn’t order online. I understand times are hard , but be more considerate in explaining. And don’t tell me what I can or can’t order. If I could give a 0 I would.

Always so slow and it’s time to open up the lobby it’s been long enough at least open up for online orders

Called at opening for an order ( semi large) to be paid for over the phone, for a pick up at a later time. The young lady that took my order and was absolutely fantastic tried her best! She was absolutely wonderful. Then, she can't process my order, because she doesn't know how.Red flag1: people from the kitchen could be heard on the call complaining about the time/ size of the order. The lady on the phone had to reassure those people more than once ( in customer ear shot) it was for a later time. I'm sure her stress level was escalating. Why is she fielding that nonsense, and why could the customer hear the complaining? Where's management?Red flag 2: GM on vacation, owner on a catering job, current staff had no idea how to process this over the phone, despite the fact they have an online order option. This leads me to believe it's absolutely possible if you cater and offer online orders. Evidently, there's no training to allow an employee to conduct business without a supervisory override? I don't know, That's unfortunate.Red flag 3: heard staff in back say outloud to have the customer come in and pay, or use Doordash. If those were viable options I'd definitely had done that. Extremely unprofessional.Too bad. After a 2 year pandemic and a life of living no touch, virtual transactions seem to be a complete mystery to this establishment. Not that it matters,but customer has been lost.

Good chicken only fault I see is lobby closed

Service was great without the lobby being open and driving a big truck my partner and I was allowed to order from drive thru! We appreciate you GUYS!!! Can't really do that at other establishments in Columbus

My wife just came back with two of their large Chicken pot pies. So help me God, neither one had a single piece of.....wait for it...CHICKEN!!That will be the last one for me. Tried calling the restaurant, but no one answered.

Was delicious melt in your mouth chicken stripes ? biscuits with warm and soft Mac n cheese was awesome chicken and noodles was awesome and mashed potatoes and gravy good ?
