Biscuit was a hockey puck, cole slaw was warm and tasted bad and I didn't get the chicken I ordered after I sat in line for 20 minutes because their computer system was down. This place just gets better and better. The only positive was the lady at the drive thru window was nice. The restaurant has been drive thru only for quite a while now and it has been steadily declining in quality and service.
So very disappointed. Stop to pick up some chicken and biscuits, normally their biscuits are amazing.. not today. Pulled a biscuit out to eat on the way home and it was RAW!!! Not a little under done.. but doughy and gross. I hoped it was an accident and it was just that one , nope it was all of them. I turned around took them back to get a refund.. They couldn't even manage to even say Sorry all I got was a shoulder shrug blank expression and handed back the money.
?If I could give no stars I would. My husband and I drove 25 minutes to come and get chicken. We were excited to get Lee's, we ordered paid for it and waited an hr out front yes an hr. They were drive thru only. My husband walked back there and they gave our food away to other customers. We were waiting with our 2 year old! We will never ever come here again... What a disappointment, the manager wouldn't even come out to talk to my husband. We got our refund and came home with no food. Ridiculous! They are giving Lee's a bad name. We Love Lee's, but not there. Save your time and money!
Drive thru order was taken home and it was not our order. Charged us 47.00. Took back and was given our order and got home and it was not our order. Customer service at a all time low. Sad because we really like the chicken.
Normally would give 4-5 stars but the last few times I’ve been here the cashier guy was rude, also was told by said cashier that condiments for my order cost extra and always have. I’ve been eating at lee’s for as long as I can remember and was never charged for the one condiment I always request until last month. I understand if it’s a new policy but I don’t appreciate being rudely informed that I should have always been charged for this. I’ve been a lifelong fan and customer but I’m afraid it’s not worth my nearly half hour drive anymore.
I had contacted the restaurant hours before I drove 45 minutes to their location to get gizzards because I really wanted them to be fresh. I continued to call as I drove to the location, phone continued to ring busy. The gizzards was not fresh. The lady in the Drive-Thru that said her name was Mel started to argue with me about the gizzards, I will never go there again.I will take my concerns to the corporate office ,
Nice chicken, nice sides, however, I received a side of Coleslaw that had the word Tuesday on the top, and this was on a Saturday. This place is not off the map though, because though their dine in is always closed when I show up, they still have a great drive thru staff that will help out and fill out every small request. Btw they give free sauce because they're nice.
Lees used to be our go to, at least one night a week. The last few months we have gotten progressively worse food and quite visiting lees all together. Today we decided we didn't feel like cooking and thought we would give lees another shot since things are getting back to normal and people are returning to work.We were more disappointed than ever..All of the chicken was dry and hard, the mac and cheese was hard and cold, the mashed potatoes was a complete solid bloband the biscuits could've broken the window! The best part about our meal was the sauces.Guess next time we have a hankering for chicken we will try KFC.VERY SAD!
I ate their chicken last night which I normally love. I usually get it once every other week! Last night however I got food poisoning…I don’t think I’ll be able to eat it again after this ..
Stopped by this morning at 10:35 am with two other cars in drive thru to place my order and all of us sat their waiting to place our order with no response or acknowledgement . I would definitely change the sign on the door if they aren't going to open at a certain time.
