My wife and I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon. The girl who served us was so sweet and friendly. The food was fresh and she really filled our bowls. The place was clean.
Ordered 2 Bowls for Takeout, got it home & one wasn't exactly as ordered. So 2 or 3 days later I picked up the replacement they offered at no charge.They made it right ! Kudos to Hot Head Burritos ! YEET !
Good food... preparations leave a lot to be desired... got the fish tacos, which were very good, but they stuck them in a card board tray with no wax paper and the stuck to the box... still like it better than Chipotle
Employees acted annoyed that they had customers. Every time someone walked in they immediately yelled “you picking up?” My bowl was very empty. Each time I try this location the food just isn’t as good as other stores.
Not bad if in a pinch. Food doesn't have much flavor and the churros are no where near authentic.
I had a digital coupon for buy one bowl get one bowl free. They were delicious.
first bad experience at this hot heads. normally this one is my go to, it's out of my way but it's better than the one in Heath, until today. All new crew I've never seen before and they are UNTRAINED. I asked for Roja, sauce because I hate spicy food. and the boy who made my bowl gave me the hottest sauce. I can hardly eat my bowl. not to mention so little was in. also my husband ordered a burrito smothered in queso and they put it in a bowl and threw the queso on top. what's the point of a burrito if your just gonna stick it in a bowl? the manger who is normally there wasn't there and it showed. I will be going back to heath or back to Chipotle. I got a bowl I can barley eat and husband didn't get what he ordered the way he ordered it. 0/5 star service today. and that's sad considering I was the first to tell everyone to go out of their way to go to this hot heads. but the boys didn't even know the difference between the sauces. thanks for wasting my money
Good food. Medium wait time...does not carry potatoes or margaritas like the Urbana Ohio store does
Quick service because there were no other people there. The two steak burritos were just ok. They were almost 10 bucks each for small burritos that were also cold. The 3rd burrito with taco meat didn't taste that good was also cold and small. On a positive note. The place is clean and the employees pleasant and presentable
ordered a burrito online and they didn't add the meat or the fajita veggies. I paid $8.25 for a tortilla stuffed with rice! waste of time, gas. and money!
