Fantastic tasting pizza!! However, last time, the Christy’s sub that’s like an Italian sub didn’t even have the Italian dressing on it. And the guy that has answered the phone the last two times we’ve gotten it is less than pleasant. We spend no less than $40 every time and have it delivered with a large tip. These people are making money off of us and their customer service kind of sucks. I understand we generally get it on Friday’s. But come on now. No reason to be grouchy, we’re paying your salary.
Ordered one cheese pizza and was told it would be ready in 40 minutes. We needed up waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes just to drive all the way home and find that we don’t even have the pizza we ordered. We drive all the way back (without the pizza, we were too mad to think about bringing it back) and show them that we got the wrong order. They told us they can’t make new because we didn’t bring the right on back, which I don’t know why because they aren’t going to take back a pizza that’s been in someone’s home (I hope), but the woman working proceeded to tell us that WE orders our pizza wrong. We picked everything off our pizza and just ate it at home and it wasn’t even done all the way, the crust was doughy and gross. Very poor customer service, will not be returning EVER again. Please don’t waste your time or money, go try Don and Sue’s!
I ordered the blt pizza and it is such a disappointment. Basically a cheese pizza with blt on top. Idk i guess I was expecting pizza crust with just blt things on it. but It just tasted awful. Imagine adding bacon,mayo,lettuce and tomato on top of a regular cheese pizza. It just doesn’t work. Also the tomato slices were huge! The girl was really nice over the phone but good god don’t order this.
Ordered a 16 inch cheese pizza with extra cheese was told 45 minutes, ended up waiting an hour and 15 only to come home and see that it’s the wrong PIZZA. Went back to get the correct pizza and they asked me if I brought the pizza back with me. I told him no because I had already taken it inside my home. As a restaurant I would hope that they would not want people to bring a wrong done pizza buy them back to them. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry, that doesn’t make sense. Then he proceeded to tell me that oh I told him wrong on the phone what my order was. I have ordered Christy’s Pizza my whole life, and tonight they have lost a customer. Very sad .

Christys has always been my favorite childhood pizza but lately when you have to sit on the phone and no one answers it truly says something about a business. At least say I’ll be right with you. I sat on the phone for 20 minutes no answer from the staff and just got sick of waiting.. I problem solver would put an online order on your website and the phone wouldn’t be an issue. Not one to complain but it’s happened to many times
Normally they have good pizza, this time neither pizzas were done. We totally understand being busy so waiting 1 1/2 hours was totally fine it's usually worth the wait. We would have rather waited 2 hours than to get it not all the way done. Both were still extremely doughy and they forgot the salad and brought it 30 min later.
What happened to the pizza sauce? That's what made you the best was the sauce. Now there isn't any sauce just crust and cheese. Please put sauce back on your pizzas and meatball subs . Thank you
Ordered 3 pizza. 1 was correct. 2 we’re wrong. Had not ordered from them in a while. Pizzas are usually great but one had extra cheese which I do not like. Probably won’t be going there again.
