Sometimes it's really good and other times it doesn't seem as fresh but I still love this food when I get it
Nice people always willing to help when they can pretty quickly on getting orders out especially if you order there one bad thing is when you order ahead and if they are busy with a lot of call in orders sometimes there is a wait. The staff that waits on customers inside restaurant if they don't have orders they don't help with the call in orders. Most likely it's policy but if they don't have any customers at counter seems like they could fill orders from counter are
I placed an order at 10:30am for a 12:20 pickup. Got there and it wasn’t ready. When asked how long it would take, the guy at the register told me “whenever we get to it.” Seriously? They were numerous people there waiting for orders that had been there waiting for a long time and their orders were 15 and 20 minutes past due. Stop taking on more than you can handle. And to the jerk at the register get a better attitude. I’m a very understanding person but you sir are an a$$hole

Is it just me or do the portions just keep getting smaller at this Chipotle? The last 2 times I've ordered from here my food has been cold and not even to the middle of the container it comes in! I think it's time to spend my money somewhere else!
Go to another location. 2 out of 5 time they will get everything right. You have to be in store ordering if you want your order correctly.
Food and service was great but every table was not cleaned and half of the drinks options were down at the time. They were not busy so not sure why the restaurant was not cleaned.
Worst location I’ve ever ordered from. I ordered here once before and what they did get correct was half the usual portion. Tonight I mistakenly used this location in the app and they forgot part of my order again, admitted to knowing they made a mistake and then told me I couldn’t have a refund. What a surprise!
We have always loved their food! Fast, fresh, healthy and delicious food. Usually generous portions. Great for vegans, vegetarians and meat lovers alike; all of which we have been.
I had a very bad experience at this location! They forgot part of my order and one of the bowls they did give me was a tiny portion!! When I called I wasn't mad but they basically told me they were closing soonish, I could leave a review or call tomorrow and try to convince them that they messed my order up.
