Good Whopper Jr. Fries Hot Pop was Good! The service was GREAT ?
I understand the difficulty to get people to work but i do not believe you should lower your standards. I watched two people pull away due to the wait. I was looking forward to getting the new sourdough whopper. I was highly disappointed. The bread was not toasted. Not even a little bit. The sandwich was cold to the point the cheese did not melt. The onion rings were cold and over cooked. The added chicken nuggets were way overcooked. Not sure this Burger King will last in this neighborhood. McDonalds does not seem to be having your problems.
It's been a long time since I've had nice good fresh Food from Burger King the fries were hot the jalapeno poppers were super hot and fresh even the bacon Burger was on point it was so good can't wait to go back
I went there, wait wasn’t long… but I’m pretty positive my chicken fries and nuggets were microwaved…. Very soggy and when I held up a chicken fry it would bend… extremely disappointed… especially being pregnant and craving this.. I think I’m done giving them chances.
Ordered delivery 2 times now and both times, there's an extremely long wait and now it says my food was delivered when I didn't receive Jack.
Went 21st in Newark ordered 5 rodeo cheeseburgers and idk if they was out cheese or just forgot put it on but I got 5 plain burgers with onion rings tried to call 20 min no response this place going to hell not first time they messed up order guess time go elsewhere
Took forever even though no one else was there and the food was cold!? I was so disappointed in the whopper and the fries tasted like old oil.
Watched the cook go outside to smoke had to wait on him to get back in to order then got food and it was cold , the fries were old and the burgers were cold, worst experience had there, only thing good was drink, didn’t even know the food was that cold until got home which was right around corner , so didn’t go far enough for It to not still be hot, check food before u leave
