Went there today, early, 7:45. Got seated right away but waited to have the server get our drink order. Food came out in a fairly decent time but was lukewarm. Smaller portions. The Resturant was not crowded and the servers, manager were all standing around doing nothing. 3 tables by us were never bussed. No one was there to check us out do I left the exact amount of cash and the register and walked out. Poor management and service. We haven’t been there for quite awhile and thought we would give them another chance. Bob Evans never disappoints, the service and food is terrible! Never will return.

Good good .. nice atmosphere

Bob's isn't the fanciest place out there, but it does a great job serving a delicious traditional breakfast. This location never disappoints either.

This was our first time ever at this Bob Evans restaurant. Most tables were empty, yet we waited to be seated. Once we ordered, it took 42 minutes for our food to arrive, even though when I asked after 30 minutes, I was told, “It’s coming right up!”Our food arrived while I was waiting in line to cancel my order. The restaurant was still 2/3 empty. My daughter’s entire breakfast order was cold. My wife’s meal was barely warm, but she didn’t complain. I ordered the fire chicken salad with crispy chicken and asked to hold the green onions and to substitute blue cheese dressing for the ranch, not a difficult order. My salad arrived with the chopped green onions and grilled chicken. I’ve never order grilled chicken at any Bob Evans. The wait staff present was polite and minimal. Obviously, the kitchen must have been short-staffed. But there is no excuse fir incorrect orders and cold food.I blame the empty suit in the White House for this.

I stopped here to have my New Year dinner. I ordered the breaded chicken with mashed potatoes and broccoli. I also ordered a salad with a Diet Coke. The waitress brings me watered down pot roast with mashed potatoes and carrots. This was pure slop because it must of been at least 2 - 3 inches of water in the bottom of the bowl. Everything looked terrible and decided to pay the bill and walk out because I was under a very tight time constraint. The waitress tries to through me under the bus by claiming that I ordered this meal, but I cut her short because I hate Pot Roast. I paid $6.10 for the salad and Diet Coke. I thanked the waitress three times for screwing up my well deserved dinner. I even gave her a ninety cent tip because I threw seven dollars on the counter and hastily walked out.

Being short staff'd the waitress was very plesant & on top of our requests !!! Im not usually a tip person but she was really on the ball w/ us so i left a tip even tho the older couple that invited me out to eat lunch i just had to leave a tip out of real respect n to show that i was impressed her being on the ball w/ everything !!!!! Thank u & GOD BLESS !!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible food. Waitstaff was great, but kitchen messed up entire order and was served in pieces. Had to return and wait for several items that were specifically requested. Asked for manager at checkout but told they were too busy (half empty dining room). We will NEVER go to this poorly run restaurant again.

Not busy but people in restaurant when we arrived. Was immediately sat as we came inside. Waiter was okay but could have been more caring. The meal I ordered was wrong when it came out. Customer satisfaction is at low point in restaurants right now.

Service wasn't great and food was worse. The worst offender was the Western Omelet I ordered. It came out about 5 minutes after we ordered, which was great, but the egg "shell" that the large pile of slightly undercooked vegetables were wrapped in had to be either pre made or was at least par-cooked before I even ordered. It also had an off-putting slightly green color. I know it's only Bob Evans but I feel like any omelet would be at least decent given that eggs/omelets make up the large majority of items you can order here. Also there is no way they cook pancakes to order...they look and cut like rubber and weren't even piping hot, despite also getting them very quickly after we ordered. I don't know if Bob Evans is/was a real person but he would have to be pretty dissapointed knowing they can't even cook pancakes to order either.Add in the fact that I didn't receive my order of bacon, had to ask 2 times for cream for my warm coffee, and didn't get any refills on said coffee made for a really bad visit.I have noticed that the quality of food and service at Bob Evans has been trending downwards over the past 2-3 years, especially since COVID, but this was the first time I felt like a negative review was warranted.Oh...and cost....two kids piggy pancake meals, one Western omelet with hash browns, one coffee, one orange juice ...$30+ dollars....woof.Craziest thing is, the place was packed and there was a line and people all the way outside waiting to get seated.

I really like going to Bob Evans. We've had almost no issues with their food. The one time we did, they caught onto it quickly and were very kind about dealing with it for us. They even took it off our bill. The atmosphere there is always so calm in the morning, even if it's packed.
