Horrible! Ordered a mobile order of a medium curly fry at 2:35pm clock out for my 30 minute lunch to pick up. Restaurant didn't even have my single item order that I couldn't even order sauce for on the app. I had to circle the drive thru 4 times waiting on my order to come through on their end. I didn't pick up my order till 3:01pm 26 minutes of my 30 minute break gone. Then on top of all the back and forth they couldn't even compensate for the 2 cups of cheese sauce that you can't even order on the app. $0.59 each cup that they couldn't have said oh for your problem here ya go!!! Very nasty experience and I will never use their app again. Probably won't visit this location for a very long time. I'll go to one of the other two in my area before going back here for a while.
Able to eat inside. Their menu has changed with some items not being served any longer. No other problems
Ordered the 2 fish for 6. Was cold and rubbery.Obviously had been sitting for a very long time. Threw them both out.Had not been here since they closed the dinning room. Used to be a very regular customer.I won't be going back
Ordered thru the app a couple weeks ago and had a pretty horrible experience.Spent the time to put the order together only to find out the nearest location was listed as closed, decided to go ahead and place the order for the across town location and go grab it. As I'm headed there I pass the one listed as closed and of course it isn't ?One of the main reasons we chose Arby's for lunch is because I enjoy the Jamocha shake which I had ordered and already paid for thru the app. As I pull up to the cross town location there are signs posted across the menu stating that all shakes are currently unavailable. Funny I just ordered (was upcharged and paid) for one already on the app...no biggie though right? I'm sure they can just remove the cost of it or at the very least they'll give me a coupon to replace it at a later date right? Nope, the only offer I got was a replacement soda of unequal value and obvious non preference.
They need to fix the shake machine!! Other than that it's a great place to eat!! Excellent food and service!!!

The 21st street Arby's isn't worth it. For what you pay for Arby's the food should be what you expect. Half the bun was empty.
Dashed through the drive thru for a fabulous orange shake..but alas.. they have gone. So settled on a chocolate shake and cheese sticks! (they have the best in town ?)
