Great service and great meal. Roxanne the server was outstanding.
calamari and roasted brussels were fantastic apps. had the ny strip. it was unacceptable for a steak house. it was an end cut tough and fatty and had no flavor. paid the extra 8 or 9 bucks for the Demi sauce which i think you could duplicate with water vegetable base corn starch tomato paste and kitchen bouquet-terrible. service and atmosphere nice. don't order steaks there would be the take away.

This was our first time at 1922. It did not disappoint. I had a exquisite Manhattan then the mussels paired with a perfect wine. My husband had the Caesarâs salad and lobster bisque. Very satisfying! And our server Olivia was delightful. Thank you 1922. Weâll be back.

The food, Jamie's excellent service, the ambience. All well-worth the trip down from NE Ohio to this gem of a town with this gem of a restaurant on the charming town square. Highly recommended. Best lobster bisque west of Boston.

Iâve lived in the Newark area for five years and this was my first dining experience at 1922. Everything was perfect. The menu selection was outstanding, the presentation was lovely. We ate on the sidewalk where we enjoyed a perfect Friday evening Street side watching life in Newark go bye.

Came for a post-dinner drink. The Spicy Sophia was excellent. Really liked the atmosphere here. The space has a lot of character, and the staff is solid.
