I wouldn’t give any stars today, but have to unfortunately. It is a sad day when McDonald’s has better service then Wendy’s. I went to order and I was rudely interrupted by some young girl on the mic flat out telling me no. I understand if you don’t have something, but has customer service really gone out the window?? I then get up to the window and had to wait forever while watching everyone stand around and have there dumb conversations with the window wide open. This Wendy’s didn’t use to be like this. I have a feeling they are hiring, because all the good smart people left. I will never return there again. What an absolute embarrassment it should be!!!!
Let me explain.... This is my favorite all time fast food spot. 9 times out of 10 I'll choose this red head Goddess and her legit fresh burgers, chilli, and OMG that slappin Frostychino before anything else. Always have, always will. And yes I work there... Finally! I tried all of my 20s, no dice. The ladies who wouldn't give my Dave crush self the dream job for a big girl finally gave In 20 years down the road, cuz yeah they still rockin it here they them OG's and frfr who wouldn't it's ?%????Come on y'all, get some yum!!!
Dine-in was closed, so we had to use the drive thru. Shame on us for not checking until after we had pulled away. We were missing the fries from our combo and the sour cream from a sour cream and chives baked potato. Because the doors were locked, we had to wait in the long drive thru line again. No apology or anything when we got to the window. If they would have apologized, I wouldn’t have written this review.
The food was cold the sauce looked like they wiped the condensation off the bottle on my burger, barely a drop. How can you call it spicy honey without spicy honey?Fast food anymore is not worth the money. The order was correct, however.
Because their staffing issue, and dining being closed for 2 years now, the drive thru line wraps so long it causes huge issues with parking lot and traffic. Not to mention the wait time for this “fast food” chain is 20min+. Other locations are not this bad. At first during Covid I completely understood. I do enjoy Wendy’s but this location is horrible. It’s been almost two years of this issue… Just close it down already. I tried to do a mobile order and park in the spaces reserved for that but apparently you can’t even do a mobile order and try to help with the drive thru line by ordering ahead. I still have to wait in the ridiculous line for a “mobile order”. It’s absurd.
Order was wrong. Burgers were not the burgers ordered. Food was cold. Cheese was cold. Only thing I can’t complain about was the coke. I will never visit this location again. Also, won’t answer phone so that I can speak to a manager. So they gave no opportunity to make good on their mistake.
This place is so disgusting and dirty!! I pulled a long red hair out deep inside my burger and my fries had like three red hairs wrapped around them. My husband and I wanted to vomit.
I probably eat here everyday and I met a lot of workers and never had a problem with them besides one time when they closed earlier than what they had online and never put a paper on the speaker that they closed early so me and many other people were waiting forever to order not knowing they were closed. I had to go back because I felt bad and told every car individually they were closed so they didn’t wait 30 minutes like I did.Also little tip!!! If you ask for fresh nuggets they will give you fresh nuggets and ITS SOOOOO GOOD.
So I ordered food from this Wendy’s at 9:01. They took my money (as you see in Cashapp) and told me that I will have my food by 9:21. 30 minutes go by and I still have yet to receive my food. So I contact my door dasher and they let me know the restaurant is closed. Despite them being closed I called back to back. Of course no one answered. I want my money back and I no longer will have ANY associations with this Wendy’s.
I am not happy with Wendy's food its like they just don't care how their preparing someone's food. I always seem to get cold fries that taste as if they been sitting for hours, the bun on my burger is hard sometimes and my chicken nuggets are always cold too. And if you ask can you get your food cooked fresh the staff gets any attitude like its a problem.. I use to like going to Wendy's now that's a every blue moon stop for me and my house hold.
