Okay just a quick review of Wendy's on North Reading parkway Middletown Ohio. I visit this restaurant yesterday, and I placed my order everything was fine and I went to the first window and paid for my food, me and the gentleman at the window had a good conversation and I went down to the next window to pick up my food. I had my dog with me in my car, so me and my dog went down to Smith Park which is right down the street no time at all. I got to the park I opened up the bag of food, and the beef patties on the burgers were old and dark and cold, and the condiments of course made the food even colder. And also, the fries were fried and such old grease that I could actually smell the grease through the bag. They were barely warm. I took the food back, and the original gentleman that was at the first window greeted me again. And I told him I wanted my money back because of the situation with this food well he didn't hesitate he was rather nice about it, but overall I didn't understand why the food was so bad, when they were not busy and at the same time I've been to this location of Wendy's thousands of times the food had never been like this. as a matter of fact, this place was always pretty good. And nevertheless, the food was horrible the people were nice, but the food was not edible. I doubt if I'll go back. Have a great day
I was here yesterday. Food wasn't the issue. I ordered a large water to drink with my food. I took my drink and drove home. When I looked at the drink the color was off so I was like "hmm this must be mountain dew..." I opened the lid. It was water...but it was a disgusting yellow brown color. There's no way yall didn't see this when making the drink. Disgusting...I'll never go back here. Clean your drink dispenser. Everyone getting colored drinks wouldn't notice and drink that nastiness ???
Horrible experience ordered a 10 piece and got 3 nuggets and half a cold fry this place is a joke
After sitting @ the window for nearly 5 minutes waiting on our food it was hard, cold, and not eatable! I then called to speak with the manager not only was she rude and made the comment she found it hard to believe which was very unprofessional! Won't be going here again thank you for your poor CS Wendys.
Wendys is an all American fast food place with exceptional burgers and fries;Daves Single Ch everything my fav. and dont forget a Frosty.Great food,Great prices and Fast service!
Everytime I’ve been through this location, they have our food out super fast, and it’s always perfect.
I originally ordered thru grubhub and they said it would be another hour so I canceled. I went in and ordered and they gave me my wrong order then I feel they gave us part of our order from when we ordered thru grubhub. Food was cold and not fresh at all.
Well this has to be the worst wendys i have been too. They dont know how to count. My kids 4 for 4 was missing a fry and only 3 nuggets instead of 4. Then they hand me my food and close the window in my face without handing me my drinks so i had to wait and ask for my drinks. Plus the woman at the pay window was super rude. ??
The staff at my Wendy's are always very good to me they pretty much know me by my order and always make my Frosty Chino just the way I like it I'm happy
